This little Mexican hotel is authentically charming. Nothing fancy but clean and functional. With pesos going so far these days, Mis Amores is a bargain. Choose your room carefully as each is unique. My first room, although quite large, had intermittent wifi service so I switched to a room by the gardens. Apparently a smoker had been there before me... More

This was a big disappointment. Things started off with a booking error. When we showed them the confirming email, they admitted the error but didn't apologize. When we got to our room, there was no drinking water in the bathroom and no coffee for the coffee machine. The towel bar was falling off the wall. The towels were so old... More

This place is perfectly located, close to the lake and right in town. Surrounded by all that you came to see in Ajijic. We loved our room and the grounds of this place, unfortunately we were in the down season so the restaurant was not open. We will come back again.

Everything about it is good. Tastefully decorated and furnished, good location, everything works, breakfast included, secure parking, quiet. No air conditioning, but the ceiling fan was sufficient the night I was there.

We have tried almost every restaurant in Ajijic, and this is the best. run by a young couple, Alvero and Caro, they artfully prepare 6 to 8 luncheon specials each day, each dependent on what is fresh and available. This is gourmet food with no pretensions. A lovely courtyard setting, immaculately clean, and the friendliest of service. Each time we... More

After staying in another, this one was more pleasant and a good value for the money. A friendly little courtyard with tables and lots of sunshine in its interior and a good nights sleep was our experience. Hot water is not always turned on, so before you take a shower tell the front desk. Location is very good in the... More

This is a very cute hotel in the heart of Ajijic, a couple of blocks from #1 resto Tango, the boardwalk, the plaza, bank, bars, etc. They have street parking and a private garage if you want the extra security. We didn't use it, parked right out front with no issues. The check-in process was fast, although they did give... More

My wife and I stayed here 2 days and enjoyed the comfortable and nicely decorated room. It was quiet and located in good area with access to the plaza, shopping, restaurants, and transportation. There was also a television in the room which has live broadcasts from some US networks. The price was reasonable and we would definitely stay here again.

We spent 1 night at this lovely hotel. The rooms were quite nice and we had an enjoyable time. We reserved by phone, confirmed via email and did not pay a deposit ahead. We paid in cash when we left and had no problems. The included breakfast was quite nice, but not exceptional. There is only street parking, they have... More

Our favorite B&B in Ajijic, bar none! We love being able to step out the front door and be ten steps from the plaza. Great staff who have been there for years, who will remember you and treat you like family. If you enjoy being right in the heart of things, then Mis Amores is for you. If you want... More
