One Hotel is listed as a 2 or 21/2 star Hotel. That is what I expected and in many ways they excelled. It was a late, after midnight, check in with no reservations. The midnight man knew his job and had me in my room in 10 minutes. The lobby and surrounding area was clean and modern. An elevator to...

This hotel is great if you are looking for a place to sleep and rest after being out all day. The price is great. Breakfast was good based on the price of the hotel. It's near the convention center and Forum mall. if you don't mind walking there are places to eat nearby. Would invest in some outdoor lounging space,...

I stayed here on business as it is in a great location near the beach, mall, restaurants, etc. The pictures on line looked great and it had some decent reviews. The outside of the building was being painted and construction was also being done in the parking lot. The staff was very friendly but the room was in disrepair with...

Stayed one night on business. Rate was very cheap. Hotel rooms are tiny and spartan. I barely fit into the bathroom. Window was so dirty (on the outside) that you couldn't really see out (where there should have been an ocean view). Tiny TV. Unfomfortable bed. Location is next to a regional mall, and a Chili's restaurant, but not much...

My stay at One hotel was the best. The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. It was close to the Plaza Forum mall with restaurants and shopping. Also within walking distance to the beach. Taxis were always at hand and not expensive. Thanks to everyone at Hotel One!!!! B. Johnson
