We went with my parents to this hotel. The site looked very nice on their web page. Our experience was quite the oposite, the rooms were cold and humid, the fire place did not work and almost asphixiated my husband, to say the least. The supposedly gourmet retaurant had only one menu and served food without any taste or care...

We were invited by friends to visit the area for the Day of the Dead at the last minute. We tried hotels in town but they were understandably all booked up. We called this place and they told us that there was no problem. That should have been an indication. We arrived to be dropped off at the gate which...

First day service at Breakfast was great, and that was the last time we had ANY decent service. Sloppy housekeeping and almost non existent service in their dining room...

We had a wonderful time at the Hacienda Mariposas, we enjoyed staying at a luxery hotel that surrounded by a natural forest, luxery hotel that belends with the view that surrounded it. The service at the hotel was very generous, they took care of allthe small details that you might desire on a vacation, hot water jacuzzi, horse riding, a...
