We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms (we had a suite) are all a bit dark, but they are clean. The dining area is a bit dark too...a bit dreary in fact. The front desk told us they were totally full, but there wasn't too many people around. The location of the hotel is great to the pyramids...they are literally...

My wife and I stayed here June 6-7, 2016. This was our third stay, but it won't be our last. I like everything about this hotel. The sales manager, Victoria Benítez, is lovely. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our hair dryer was defective, but after we notified the front desk it was promptly replaced. The facilities are beautiful. The...

Visiting the hotel we found that the room's distribution of furniture was crowded, have a doble tiny bed and a single, perhaps to cover the offer of families of 3 members. The king beds are only in villas and they were all taken. Got woke up by the sound of a hitting hammer over a metal at 930am. The wifi...

Nice hotel, close to the pyramids, helpful and friendly staff, good restaurant and pool. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities of this hotel. They helped us with organizing transportation to and from the pyramids (which is walkable when it's not so hot) and if you like longer walks. They even gave us helpful tips--start at Puerta 3 and then...

This is a fairly good hotel for the price. There is a large terrace with the pool and restaurant close by, and the rooms are around this area. The info said the pool was heated but I found it cold and a little dirty, but it was a nice place to relax. The room was clean and neat but I...

Hotel very closed to the site with a nice swimming pool, allowing to visit the archeological site in the morning and to come back in the afternoon for a bath in the pool! Rooms are nice and clean, and the staff very friendly ! This hotel is close to entrance #1, a car is better to go there (atthe place,...

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, adequate rooms, good showers, friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant grounds, and even onsite ruins. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times, usually at tables out by the pool, and enjoyed it. The hotel is really close to the Teotihuacan pyramid complex, but it's actually a bit of a walk to the nearest entrance, and...

Located just walking distance from Teotihuacan entrance, small and quiet. Lovely architecture and design. Rooms clean and original , small but very cute. Delicious Mexican food in local restaurant and cheap drinks in bar. At the pool side they have Mariachi who has a very good voice! Pleasure to listen. Hotel has a Spa, I have no time to use...

Perfect location. Around 7 min driving from the entrance to the ruins (gate 1). Quiet place, ideal to recharge batteries after spending the whole morning visiting Teotihuacan. Rooms were super spacious and clean and staff was super friendly.

Very similar hotel to its ‘twin’ near Chichén Itzá. The service in the restaurant is very friendly and they serve fine Mexican meals. The entrance gives a view on the archaeological site, although it’s still a walk of about 20 minutes to the first entrance gate of Teotihuacan. If you want to return by bus to México D.F. you need...
