This is our 10th visit to this beautiful resort . When we step into the lobby we know we are home . There is something for everyone . Family friendly , beautiful pools , delicious food and the service is a 10 + Standouts in the service dept include the bell greeters Victor and Jorge , concierge Eric and Ana. Armando at the quiet pool, Macorio and Carol in La Placita bar, delicious coffee. Patty in the owners bar and Franco at Hemingways . The zentropia spa never disappoints. Relaxation is guaranteed. If you are coming to party there is plenty of that too. Late nights in the sports bar as well as world class shows nightly !

great people, buffet food can be improve but overall I have a great time 7 nights, we have a XV birthday party at the beach which is was great, music, food, service up to 10:55pm when started raining but from there to the live music, great housekeeping, food was average or change some food in different days, but again , me and my wife and family had a great time.

My adult daughter and I stayed 3 days and were "satisfied" with this Grand Palladium, but it was not up to par with the several others we have stayed at. We always emphasize food & drink when deciding where to stay, and this all inclusive missed the mark. Apart from the terrific omelet maker at the breakfast buffet, the rest was "ok" but far from memorable (apart from the servers who were very attentive and pleasant). The Banboo a la carte was bland, and the Mexican restaurant was not open on the day it was supposed to be. Luckily, we had a very nice meal at the Italian a la carte. The Sports Bar was small, and we could only find a table or chair during the very slow part of the day, Actually, the bar outside made any trip there very worthwhile. It was also right by the nightly entertainment area. Two problems affected our stay. The first was unexpected. The second was not the resort's fault. After a day and a half, we had intense stomach and bowel problems---and we had only been drinking from bottled water (and bar drinks). The problem that was not their fault was that it was Far From Senior friendly. I knew from videos that the property was not at all flat, but it even affected my younger 34 year old daughter. Luckily, the bathtub had a grab bar, because its floor was slippery. Overall, despite the bowel problem, we were glad we stayed here-----but would not return. By the way, if you book online and ask questions, several different Guess Relations staff might make a stab at answering---But, Good Luck in getting a satisfactory response UNLESS you are lucky enough to communicate with Alba Luna. …

False advertising, run down, old and dirty. Had to change rooms 3 times...broken furniture, bad smell. Got food poisoning, pools are small old and sad, food is mediocre at best, liquor watered down. Zoo is cruel and inhuman. Do Not Stay here

This resort is awesome!! Everyone at the adult pool bar was amazing. Arcadio in the buffet was so nice and helpful and awesome. The shows are fun. Bamboo restaurant was beyond delicious. Rooms were nice and clean, wide selection of drinks at the bars. We will definitely be coming back!

We were here to celebrate a wedding. The views, landscaping, and layout were excellent. I especially loved the tropical jungle and animals there. We were impressed by the food and service as well. The experience was wonderful.

Everything was close to being right yet so far at the same time. I ordered vegetable tempura and got two soggy onion rings... This is the perfect example of what to expect as a whole. The info and prices given for the activities were not correct, we felt swindled as we payed 20$USD over regular price if we had booked directly with Vallarta Adventures. Everything felt like it was a money grab.
