We stayed at this brand new hotel over the Christmas break. The general manager Jose Adames personally welcomed us to the new resort. A large number of staff moved over from other 5 star hotels in the area when this hotel opened. The hotel is beautiful and has 3 large pools in addition to our private plunge pool on the patio of our room. Since it's new the resort is working out the bugs I believe the pools will be warmer in the future. The weather was 79 degrees Fahrenheit every day so beautiful but maybe not warm enough to heat up all the pools. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the restaurants by the beach have seating that let's you enjoy the beach views morning or sunset. We stayed in a suite, I believe half the suites were open with under 100 total guests at the hotel when we stayed allowing for some personal attention from all staff around the resort. We also went on a couple excursions, surfing and the UTV experience. We enjoyed both booked through the resort, you can also book directly with other surf shops if you want to surf more than one day for a lower cost. They are currently expanding the footprint with additional residences and have sold another section of residences/villas but thankfully we did not hear any construction noise etc. Our one mistake was leaving behind a couple stuffed animals which the staff Hector and Bayron were so kind to organize their return all the way to NYC. Thank you so much, we loved our stay and can't recommend the hotel enough to our friends and family.

Amazing property with beautiful white sand private beach stretching approx half a mile. The ocean is swimmable and we took paddle boards out one day (Jimmy guided us around and we loved his company). Rooms are extremely cozy, spacious and we were impressed with all of the small details. The patio has very comfortable seating areas with great views over the resort and ocean. I cant imagine that any room would not be great (we had an ocean view studio on 2nd floor which was a perfect size for us). Every morning, we enjoyed either private training sessions (with Franco) or complimentary boot camps on a grass area overlooking the beach and ocean which made our workouts very enjoyable. Franco brings such positive energy to each session. There is an approx 1.5 mile walking trail through the grounds of the resort which we also enjoyed each morning. The chairs at the beach and at the 3 pools are extremely comfortable with amazing servers, especially Mario and Carlos.
We ate lunch at the beach and enjoyed the two restaurants for dinner. Although a limited menu, we found plenty of different incredible options to eat everyday. The waiters were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the food options which we much appreciated. While we were there, they opened their new food truck at the concierge area that is open from 7am-3pm and serves incredible coffee, fresh fruit, parfaits and other bakery snacks. This is a great option for the resort and was very yummy (the green juice was fantastic). They have a special coffee brewing system their that was imported from Asia. Ivan, the beverage manager is passionate about making sure guests experience the best. We enjoyed our time at this resort and felt like there were not many guests there because the resort has so many places to relax. This is definitely a resort to be visited. We will be back!

Our first time in Punta Mita, and we chose the newly opened Susurros del Corazón, Auberge Resorts Collection hotel. The stay - was terrific. The suburban promptly picked us up on time and drove us to the resort, whereby our concierge greeted us with a welcome drink and took us directly to our room. We had an excellent view of the pool and ocean from the second floor. The pool staff goes above and beyond. I cannot say enough nice things about Victor and Natalia (well done)! This resort feels like a place you could call home. It's relaxing and inviting.
Full transparency: the hotel is still building residential properties around the perimeter, BUT you can hardly hear any construction. Also, the hotel charges a 15% service fee on top of the room rate (not including taxes), so expect to pay an additional 30% a day just for staying there (food and drinks not included). I know this is common practice in Mexico, but I'm not a fan.

This was our second trip to Susurros already. The resort is wonderful. The rooms are decorated beautifully. Every room has an ocean view. The beach is amazing and great for a walk. The entire resort is VERY quiet and peaceful. The service was as nice as anywhere we have ever been. The staff is very friendly and are there to take care of your every need. The food was amazing! What else can we say?
Try to book the "Sky Deck" room. It is the best room in the resort. It is not easy to get and you may need to email reservations or call directly? There is only one Sky Deck room; and it is special. It would be especially nice if you could get it in the fall or spring when it is not quite so warm. It is VERY private. We ate our dinner every night up on the Sky Deck because is was so beautiful and peaceful. It was like we had the entire resort to ourselves! It would be a great Honeymoon suite! These pictures are views from the Sky Deck room! When we return we will certainly try to book it again.

This place gave me sticker shock, but I will tell you that its worth the extra cost. They absolutely go above and beyond, the amenities are high end, the room are high end and well appointed, there is nothing cheap, plastic, dirty or broken about this place. Its a small resort so everyone is a VIP and the staff made sure I didn't lift a finger (a new experience for me) they even wrapped me in a towel as I got out of the pool and made sure my umbrella was always perfectly shading my lounge chair. It has an immaculate beach and 5 star dining as well. It simply doesn't disappoint and I will be saving up to go back.

I've stayed at some of the finest resorts in the world and Susurros is among the best. From the moment you arrive and greeted by a friendly face and a specialty cocktail, you feel right at home. This resort raises the bar for service and hospitality. The grounds are immaculate. All 3 pools are spectacular. The gym is one of the best I've been in , the spa is amazing and the lunch restaurant serves up delicious treats. Must try lobster taco's and queso! Wash it down with local mezcal. The restaurant down by the beach, is such a cool vibe, we could have sat there all day. I highly recommend. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was perfect! The whales put on a show each morning and we were lucky enough to watch it all from our wonderful balcony! In room washer/ dryer, large floor plan, full kitchen with chic den area made our stay comfortable. Not to mention the rooftop deck where we enjoyed midday cocktails. Fireplace at night and warm jacuzzi was a great touch. But what makes this resort special are the people! Management has done a superb job staffing the resort with top notch staff who assist with all your needs. NO is not an option for this group! Every employee from the pool attendants, to restaurant servers, the gentlemen who picked us up in golf carts, to our wonderful cuates Anna & Richie, this crew is among the best! Anna & Richie took care of all our reservations, car services and excursions. They were so great to us, they overheard me say I love tamales and the next day Richie brought us 2 baskets of homemade local tamales to our room and it was one of the highlights of our trip. So special and very much appreciated! 5 star staff, 5 star property , 5 star experience!

First of all, I must admit that I fail miserably in writing reviews... normally. BUT there was no way I could live with myself without giving Susurros del Corazon a glowing report.
My partner and I spent a glorious 3-nights at the resort to celebrate a big birthday and I can tell you ,it was the most memorable stay I have had anywhere!! I had a good idea of the impeccable style and beauty of the resort from the website photos and description, but what we weren't prepared for was the heart-warming treatment and outstanding service we received from the moment we stepped foot on the property. Our Cuates (which translates to friends I believe) Alondra, Robin, Ritchie & Pablo and wait staff, Danny, Victor, Mario and others made certain that we wanted for nothing during the entire stay...
Every member of the staff was over-the-top amazing in every way. Because we were there during off-season, the resort was fairly empty, which meant lucky for us, we were upgraded to the most incredible cliffside room, at no extra charge. While you certainly can't go wrong with any of the rooms here, I would highly recommend the cliffside rooms, as the view is stunning with a huge balcony overlooking the crashing waves. The bed was so comfy and every touch in the room was very well thought-out and styled to perfection. The vibe is so peaceful with the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep...all just a short stroll through the perfectly-manicured grounds to the beach, pools and restaurants etc
But back to the staff... the people here are truly the sweetest ever. I was treated like a queen for three days... with special desserts, flowing drinks and hand-picked flowers (plumeria blooms everywhere!) But two experiences really blew us away... one afternoon the staff on duty led us from the pool out to the beach where they had spelled out in grand fashion "Happy Birthday Andrea" written in seaweed... I almost cried!! It was such a fun photo op and made my day that much more special than it already was. Then, later that day, after an incredibly delicious dinner at the main restaurant, we were surprised once again with a framed photo of myself, twinkle lights and a customized card upon returning to our room... such an incredibly thoughtful gesture. Totally blown away by all of the effort.
Last but not least... every meal, snack and drink we had was fresh and delicious... every morsel was a delight.
In retrospect, there isn't one thing we would change about our stay,. Book today if you are considering Susurros del Corazon, "Whispers of the Heart", you won't regret it. We are already looking forward to our next visit... until then, much love to our SdelC friends!!

My husband and I stayed at Susurros on a 4-day mini-vacation to get some sun and heat over the winter. We really enjoyed our time at this facility. It has a small, intimate feel and it’s very easy to get around the property. The service was excellent overall. The quality of the food at the main restaurant and nearby bar was very good, though as expected at a luxury hotel the prices were extraordinarily high. The beach is very good, one of the better ones we have been to. Lots of room, no crowding and decent sand. The room, pools and fitness center were all solid and what you would expect at a high end resort. Enjoyed the exercise and yoga complementary activities. Did not book any of the “experiences” like the tequila tasting or the cacao ceremony because we just couldn’t get to a $100 per person price point for the offering.
Overall, the resort provided a relaxing, enjoyable vacation away from it all. A great option in the Punta Mita area!

I have travelled extensively around the globe for work and pleasure. This resort was amazing from the time we arrived. We were greeted by our assigned concierge person Ana, the resort manager Ricardo as well as assisted by Yazmin. As we exited the SUV that drove us there we were offered a very refreshing fermented pineapple drink and Ana walked us directly to our ocean view suite. No check in counters or waiting in line. The suite was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. We spent time in the adult pool (one of three pools on the property). Had an amazing lunch fueled with tropical drinks. Walked in the softest crystal white sand on the beach, swam and soaked in the sun. Dinner at their restaurant was another masterful culinary experience and we opted for the fresh Seabass to share along with some side dishes. The service was impeccable, great wine list as well as amazing desert. I will definitely be back. Most peaceful and restful resort ever. The best part is that this resort is more smaller and intimate than some of the very large resorts that require a lot of walking or golf carts to get around.

My wife and I just finished a week here. Our room was an ocean view casita and it provided great views of sunset. The hotel assigned us a team of 4 concierges (Cuates) that took care of our activities on and off property. Megumi was our daytime Cuate and she was ready each day from 6AM on to support us. She was great! We arrived for Day of the Dead and they had the guests get their faces painted and walk in a slow procession to the beach. Later that week, they also had the guests release little turtles just after sunset into the ocean as part of a preservation program.
Swimming; we went into the ocean (bit of a rough surf) used all 3 pools with the top pool being our favorite You can swim up to the bar and had a shaded area. We were well supported by "Super" Mario with drinks and towels
Spa; The concierge Brizzet advised us on the type of services being offered and I had 2 of the greatest massages ever by Selene while my wife had a great facial by Marabel.
Mexican Wine; I recommend trying the wines from here and Alma has a wine class on the activity list. She is very knowledgeable
Dinners off site: We enjoyed 3 places in Punta Mita; The ocean front Tuna Blanca was the best followed in a tie by the oceanfront Mina and Casa Teresa. If you are lucky to get Luis as your driver, he can take you to get a churro con chocolate at a quiet stand owned by Desiree. Great dessert!
The restaurants on site we used for breakfast, dinner and drinks. Super service from Natalie, Melissa, Noe, Alex and Otto.
Special thanks to Mar for being our pre-arrival adviser, and the management team of Jose, Hector, Vanessa, Anabel, Fernando , our 3 other Cuates and all the others for a great time!
