Let me start by saying that when I was searching for an all inclusive resort in Mexico to go to I had a very short list and the Grand Sirenis was somewhere around third on the list. I started to check on trip advisor and the ratings and peoples experiences of this resort I decided to start asking friends and...

My family stayed at the Grand Sirenis in Feb 2012. I have 2 teenaged daughters, who really enjoyed the pools and beach area. The food was really good, but we were not too impressed with the Mexican A La Carte. Our favourites were the Brazilian and Japanese! The beach area was really clean and well kept. There is some really...

We have just come back from this all inclusive resort in Mexico. Arrived with Virgin Atlantic, fab and quick to get through airport and start our holiday. We booked with holidayplace.com, were waiting for us when got through customs etc. Fast transfer in small minibus to resort and the reception at the grand sirenis was quick and efficient. Our room...

Just returned from a great week at this resort. Perfect for families with young kids. Outstanding: Kids club was fantastic and we were very comfortable leaving our 6 year old to enjoy their activities. Karla and all the other kids club staff were very attentive and caring when dealing with the children. A few of the shows in the evening...

My partner and I just spent a week at the Sirenis and had a great time. Hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly. I have to agree though with other reviewers that the resort is VERY big (a little too big actually so for me slightly lacked that intimate/personal touch), the beach IS pretty rocky and the food...

We were told upon arrival that we were here during a special week and that we were getting alot of benefits not because they are Santa Claus or really nice guys but because they want us to give them high ratings with RCI. Of course, we had to go through a timeshare presentation to get these great benefits. We kept...

Just a caveat for the readers; this was our first trip to Mexico and first experience of an all-inclusive vacation. Arrival into Cancun Airport was nice and smooth, the Best Day/West Jet people are standing outside the terminal and you are escorted to the buses. We were the third stop on the bus and it took about 1.5 hours to...

Went to this Hotel in May the Hotel was lovely and the staff were very nice but beware of the Sirenis Premium Travellers Club. The sales people are very friendly and virtually tell you anything you want to hear. We were shown the upgraded rooms by J D a scottish man, it was all very inviting they described it as...

This resort was okay. Have been to better resorts than this one. The people working there were great and polite. If your room is close to the beach area then be prepared to do alot of walking up to the main lobby. That's where everything is, buffet, theater, gift shop, tours, etc. The rooms were large, but nothing special. The...
