Small but cozy room. The hotel felt very clean and well-taken care of. The café had a good selection of snacks and smaller sandwiches for good prices too. Very friendly waitress working there! We recommend this place, for 800 pesos it's well worth what you're getting.

Small and very noisy old looking rooms and rusty bathroom in the first floor, don't expect to sleep as you'll be hearing stomping doors, foot steeps, childrens crying or yelling, staff talking loudly all the time, blenders, dragging tables and chairs from the restaurant, noise coming from the top floors (and I really mean it, 6 out of 7 days...

Me and my girlfriend stayed there for one night, the hotel was full so we got a first floor room, everything was "ok", but it was uncomfortably to have a window to a backyard where the cleaning lady could be seeing walking every now and then and the room door on the main halway so you could heard everything, so...

The location is perfect: a step out of the hotel and you get the local flavor, turn left (or right) and you'll be in the Malecón, facing the beach. Hotel is not big--that is great for eco-friendly and sustainable relationship with the environment. Rooms are clean and not too big. There's an emphasis on saving water and energy--which suits eco-friendly...

I stayed at Posada Pachamama in March of 2015. The hotel was very nice! The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, wifi worked, and the staff were very nice! I would absolutely recommend this place. It's got a great location central to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Also don't miss the yummy crepes made in the hotels restaurant. Great place...

The location right in town and one block form the beach was perfect for us. The room size was not large but was okay for us. The hotel is very clean and we even thought our Spanish is poor we found the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fairly new, it is clean, and there was a partial water view from our room. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, it may as well have been made of boards. The room is extremely small and extremely basic. Each room has a small balcony but there are no chairs available to enjoy it. There is a...

Posada Pachamama is a nice hotel, basic but well kept, clean, and in a perfect location. Service was kind, and we highly recommend their breakfast (caffe open to the public). Top floor rooms have more privacy.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Dear guest,Posada Pachamama was born in May 2007 after nine months of construction, just like a baby growing in his mother's womb. On August 20, 2007 the Posada had to close because of the damage caused by hurricane Dean. In November, after several weeks of re-building we were open for business once again; ready to receive all of those who want to visit us. We remodel it again in 2013 with more details and amenities. We are in the middle of the town, just 20 mts far to the beach and you don t have to cross the street to coming there. In this area there are the most popular restaurant in the town. We are just 20 mts far to the public Health Center. Best regards Massimiliano Palli Posada Pachamama ... more   less
