The beauty of Powderhorn Lodge is its location -- right in Solitude Village and steps from the slopes. Other than that, the condo itself was relatively typical. Furnishings were dated as was the kitchen. Amenities were adequate. Would likely look around Solitude a little bit more before staying at this Lodge again. Having said that, we did have plenty of...

If you're looking for pampering, you're in the WRONG place ... go to Park City, UT!! Maybe this changes with Solitude's new owner: Deer Valley, but both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons are solely for skiing!! They are both watersheds and thus, can host only so much commercial activity. It's about the copious snow in-bounds and the easy access to...

The Solitude Village is a beautiful area with great access to skiing and snowshoeing. We stayed at a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo - Powderhorn 220. The unit was very comfortable, cozy and well decorated. It felt as if we were in the Swiss alps! We will definitely be back!

Powderhorn Lodge has many benefits. Walk to the lifts. Easy ski storage. Great service when we needed the thermostat checked. Walk to St Bernard's and Honeycomb Grill, great views, good hot tub in the building as well as work our facilities nearby and most importantly superb skiing. But off all the condo's and homes we have stayed at in ski...

We had a wonderful family ski vacation at Solitude. We stayed at the Powderhorn lodge. The condo/apt set up was fine. It was not too newly renovated but not shabby at all. The cleaning service could have done a better job with the initial cleaning since there were very obvious food crumbs about the apt and hair in the bathroom....

The staff at the front desk is rude and not helpful at all. No one knew what was going on ever. They didn't know when the ice skating rink opened, when the smores were happening, and if you asked they acted as if you were annoying them. We booked this place for the "ski-in, ski-out" feature. There are only blue...

Location is great, short walk to lifts, good food options, lift tickets and rentals in building. But some of the condos are not as advertised. We rented two condos (big family). One was great. The other had several problems, including that one of the sofa beds was broken. The staff was very nice, but since they don't own the condo...

This is a great place to stay. The price for ski in/out, accommodations are reasonable and there are a handful of quality restaurants to choose from if you decide not to cook. I appreciated the ski lockers on the first floor. Know they call this solitude for a reason...There is no night life, no cars in village, no stores, except...

My daughter and I just spent 3 nights at the Powderhorn Lodge. Very nice building with underground parking included and a large hot tub in the courtyard. The condo itself was comfortable with a large kitchen island and comfortable living area. Both bedrooms had private baths which was a plus. Nice lobby with nearby lockers for skis, and literally a...

We had family getting married in the area and decided to stay at a condo in Powderhorn lodge. The condo was nice and very spacious. We got a one bedroom with den. There were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The services was wonderful and we had plenty to do in the area. I would recommend these condos as there is...
