Cliveden is a beautiful venue, no doubt about that. The experience there should be top quality but sadly it isn't. I arrived one Saturday with my husband and two daughters to join 12 of my family who were staying there. We started in the residents...More

It is true to say that your review is very difficult for me to answer and I am sorry that we have given you cause to write such a report. We are a very busy hotel and from time to time the staff are challenged...More

We were fortunate enough to be celebrating my fathers 70th birthday and wow, it couldn't have been any more perfect. The rooms were totally amazing, best night sleep I have had in ages, 4 poster bed, dead quiet corridors and 2 service individuals available at...More

Thank you for choosing us for your most important milestone family celebration. So pleased you had a really great nights sleep and that the team looked after you well. I hope it means we have crept into your hearts and that you have great memories...More

Extremely poor restaurant management. Some good food but the service is bizarrely lacking in attention, responsiveness, and quality. Rooms were great. Hotel is charming but needs even more tender loving care to be world class.More

Expensive but probably worth it. Amazing place. Price included breakfast and was about $1,000 US Dollars. Lots of history here starting with the Duke of Buckingham in the 1500s. The room was about 800 sq ft and included a sitting area with fireplace. Beautifully done.More

You can definitely arrange a car with Cliveden House to pick you up from the train station, if you are a guest. Their service is amazing. Uber should be quite easy too. Maidenhead is not the closest. Enjoy.
