Hotel within walking distance of centre of Crewe shopping area. Good eating places close to hotel. Hotel okay for a weekend, and ground floor given for partner's mobility issues. Reasonable price. Has a bar and breakfast good.

This has always been a favourite hotel for me as it is so convenient for rail travel from Crewe station. It is not just the convenience, because the hotel staff are extremely thoughtful and helpful - and the breakfast and evening meals are excellent. It is small, but ideal for short stays - the rooms are always clean with TV...

Stayed here after going to the football. Hotel is only a few minutes walk from the ground. Room was clean and for a double room at £50 inc breakfast was very good value for money. If we ever find ourselves going to Crewe again we would stay here again.

Stayed for one night.Although clean and public areas well decorated the rooms need updating. Coloured floral bedding shows its age...white bedding and modern basic furniture would make such a difference. The bathroom and shower were very small and out of date. The shower cubicle has no shelf for toiletries and neither did the bathroom. The towels were old and coloured and no bathmat....
