The room very spacious with a lovely comfy bed, it was very clean and the...

A lovely clean and friendly hotel. We stayed 2 nights and used it to explore Chester and surrounding villages. The breakfast was faultless as was both the evening meals we had there. Good quality ingredients and plenty of it. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very friendly.

When booking our room I spoke to Martin who was more than helpful,...

Staff are all very friendly and polite. The bar/lounge and restaurant were very nice and cosy. The best part about the hotel is the food I'd give...

On first arrival there wasn't a member of staff to be seen so we stood around for 15 minutes waiting for a member of staff...

I attended this venue on 17th December with a Christmas party and the meals were dreadful, very cheap and low-grade, totally not worth the £50-odd pounds each it cost us. staff were rude and miserable, vegetables bland and watery, dessert was plain and unappealing, starters was just a block of paté on an empty plate (no toast or anything, we...
