This pub is very handy if staying at Fisherground - you can walk down to it and leave the car behind. We didn’t eat there, but had a few drinks in quiet surroundings. Dogs are welcome in the Bar, where there’s a lovely open fire.
Great steak pie, bursting with tender meat and crisp, tasty chips. Just what we needed after a wet walk. Staff are friendly.
