It is great B&B with all amenities, exactly what we expected going for a weekend in Cumbria. Rooms are spotless. We were hosted by a very lovely lady who lives there and runs the business, being really impressed with her positive attitude and spent fantastic time during breakfast chatting with her, when she was telling us the stories about this...

We stayed here for just one night before going horse riding on the beach...it is a lovely b & b, rooms nicely decorated and importantly a comfy bed! We were greeted very nicely with a lovely pot of fresh coffee in our room & had a tasty breakfast the following morning!

Stayed for one night while on business. Have to say sue made me feel welcome. I would recommend. Nice and quite considering there is a main road outside and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. I don't normally write reviews but thought it's a must for anyone visiting this area.

Stayed here while visiting family that live nearby. Had a wonderful overnight stay in this charming guest house. The room was warm, cosy and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing; cooked to perfection. And the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this little B & B.

Stayed for a few days whilst visiting nearby Muncaster Castle. Friendly, clean room, ensuite bathroom. Rooms were lovely, warm and spacious. Nice decor. On main road, but no traffic noise with windows shut. Excellent breakfast. Homely atmosphere and lovely Landlady.

Brilliant 4 night stay here in May. The owner is so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We could pick our own breakfast time and the food was fantastic. The room was quiet and spotlessly clean. Beautiful, well equipped bathroom. Highly recommended!

We were very impressed with this B&B. Our room was clean and nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed. Sue was very welcoming and told us all about the local area. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had in a hotel/B&B. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
