A party of 14 of us spent 3 nights at this excellent Inn. We were six couples and two singles (sharing a twin room). After a warm welcome, we were shown to our rooms, which were all as described: clean, comfortable and roomy. Breakfasts were a delight, ranging from full english to as light as wished. We had dinner on...

We stayed here for 2 nights for a long weekend and if was just wonderful. I always put a lot of research into places we stay and I have no doubt I picked the best place in Castleton! The inn itself is head and shoulders better than the other places in the village, I know as we had a drink...

We chose the Olde Nags Head as a base for four of us on a weekend break, as it was affordable and had good reviews. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and our rooms, although not big, were an adequate size for a few days and had all the amenities required. Our bathroom, in Howden was pretty cosy,...

He olde nags head was a super place to stay. Not only were the rooms clean but the food good the staff friendly and in the heart of amazing countryside. If there was one thing to be disappointed over it was the lack of a bath. After a 6hour walk that would have been more relaxing than standing under a...

Lovely, traditional English pub serving real ales located right in the centre of Castleton. Food and service was really fantastic. Room was lovely with huge, brand new bathroom with spa bath for two! The room had lovely 4 poster bed and we had complementary wine and mineral water. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room cost £80 per night which for a pub/hotel is quite expensive but it had a Four Poster so we were looking forward to staying. We were heading to Castelton for a gig in the Devils A*** (Peak Cavern) and we only needed to stay one night but most hotels in Castleton have a minimum 2 night rule so...

Loved this Hotel. Great food for breakfast ( which is included in the price) and dinner in the evening. We stayed in the delux room which was lovely. Everything tastefully decorated . So nice to walk straight out onto the street for a wander through the village. The township of Castleton is a handy short drive to other small villages...
