    This place is fantastic for staying if you are waking the pennine way we had a brilliant nights sleep the breakfast was so good and the stuff was so friendly and helpful would definitely visit and stay here again

    Great walker accommodation for anyone doing the Pennine Way. Owners are very friendly and, for a very modest charge, will run you to the pub in Padfield for dinner in the evening. Room was very nice and the breakfast and packed lunch provided were excellent....More

    Thank you for your enquiry. We will start taking bookings for afternoon teas from 15 March 2017 for groups of 10 or more.

    We do not charge for parking, however as space is limited we only allow parking whilst you are in the tea room.
