What a great stay! We have been wanting to visit Whittlebury for a few years but havent got round to it. We arrived at 10 as instructed and were met by a gentleman who took our bags from us so that we could enjoy the spa straight away. This was a really nice touch and meant we didnt need to...

Myself and group of friends are pretty regulars at this spa coming four or five times a year as a group. We normally try to come in the week but our latest visit we came on a Sunday. My tip is to try and avoid weekends!! The spa was very busy so loses any chance of being peaceful and relaxing....

Maybe it was the timing (between Xmas and new year), or the volume of people, or the management approach - but this was amongst the least enjoyable hotel experiences I have had (out of hundreds!). It was bound to be busy - but this was awful!! We queued for half an hour to get into the spa - and we...

Whittlebury Hall's welcome was genuinely courteous and friendly. The reception staff were most pleasant and their attention to us could not be faulted. We had arrived in the morning to take advantage of the Day Spa, and it would have been useful if we could have been informed on booking that the Spa possesses some changing room lockers that are capable...

Customer service is worse than poor! Was told over the phone I could book treatments on the day, when we arrived they were fully booked. Asked about booking the next day and they said they didn't know their availability and we couldn't book in advance! So what do you do?! We paid £400 for incompetence.. It's crazy, they are so...

I was invited to Whittlebury Hall as part of a work Christmas party. I didn't stay overnight as we only live a few miles away. The party was in the Grand Prix suite. The entertainment was really good, the staff were excellent, the food was good - I'd have liked a bit more of it, the portions were a bit mean....

Stayed here last night 13/14th January with work. Very elegant and clean. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. We had an evening meal and the waiting staff were professional and friendly. The food was delicious. Breakfast was also nice with plenty of different choices. My only criticism was the maze of rooms. I spoke to several strangers from within my...

Booked a sunset spa for my mother and I for her birthday. Never been to Whittlebury before and when we entered the spa area the stinging started in my eyes. We got in the hydra pool but the fumes where so intense I couldn't stay in it. Luckily the ice cave had flannels so I could put it on my...

Me and my girlfriend purchased a Spa break voucher on the Hotel for two days and one night. Despite its quite in the middle of nothing i was surprised to see it so busy. The two restaurants where almost full at the pick time and the food was superb. The pub was busy as well until late. The staff was...
