I recently had 4 heavenly days at the Solar Springs Health Retreat. It has does wonders for me! There is a program of activities on offer each day - varied in type and degree of fitness levels needed. The meals are fantastic - healthy, yummy and quite cosmopolitan. When I first visited 20 years ago the food was strictly vegetarian;...

I came for a getaway from my busy life as a working mum of young children. Came solo and it was blissful. The surroundings are so beautiful, the view is sublime. The food was fresh, tasty and clearly of high quality. The service also- warm and personable. I never felt lonely, there were people to talk to if I wanted,...

I stayed at Solar Springs in January. It was a wonderful experience. My 5 night stay was the most relaxed I had felt in a long time. I enjoyed my stay from start to finish and I am looking for ways to go back. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The food was just divine and also so wholesome....

Three night stay. Stayed in the Valley view room, which is their premium and had a great outlook. What is good about this retreat: its not too hard core if you are looking for a small reset; easy to get to from Sydney being a 2hr train trip; all of staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment that...

My wife went , having been previously. She loved it all the treatments, the food and the company. The staff were excellent. It is a great spot to relax and just enjoy the surroundings or get more energetic and do the exercises and go on the walks. Only minutes from the little township and railway station. Probably more suited to...

I just had 10 days of beautiful bliss at Solar Springs. It really is an all-purpose retreat in that you can go there to be lazy and pampered or pushed hard or better yet, both. The food was great and the staff would go out of their way to ensure you had what you wanted. I can see why they...

It's such a great feeling to be at Solar Springs again. The activities, the gardens, the treatments, the food and the staff are all wonderful. This is the perfect place to visit to pursue health and fitness goals, or to relax and unwind. The location on the edge of Morton National Park, and its magical bushwalks and lookouts is superb....

This is not a luxury health resort in the usual manner. Do not expect luxurious accomodation. The rooms are small and basic, many with shared bathrooms. The house is old with narrow staircases, creaking floors, and dodgy plumbing. The beds are comfortable and rooms clean. The pool is cold which is perfect for exercise but not for relaxation. The spa...

For peace and reflection, I booked a 5 night package "Pure Bliss" and it was delivered. Welcoming helpful staff. Lovely feel to the house. Amazing food, better system for purchased wine needed. Lovely warm spa, clean "heated" pool always cold . Access lacking in some areas- The pool- issue getting in and out-if not very able. Parking - 300mtrs +...
