We travelled around Australia for a month and this was definitely our favourite place of all. The treehouses are luxurious, with fluffy robes and a spa bath. They are spacious...the kids slept in the loft and we had our own room. They are self-catering, allowing us to be self-sufficient...a well-equipped kitchen, bbq on the balcony and washing machine with dryer....

We had an absolutely fantastic time in the rainforest staying in a extremely well maintained treehouse. This was part of a tour of Australia with our Australian family. They had not stayed in the area before and they were delighted they came with us. It was fabulous to see the wildlife on your doorstep each morning and evening. This literally...

The treehouses are set in a small patch of virgin rainforest that survived decades of government regulation requiring all land to be cleared for farming due to ill health and marriage breakdown of the owner. The buildings are delightful log cabins on stilts with wood burning stoves for heat in the winter and fluffy bathrobes to relax in after a...

When I was researching a place to stay outside of Cairns I found there were actually two treehouse resorts. This one was by far more kid friendly so I booked it. I was so glad I did. First, this resort is located in the Tablelands, while the other is in the Daintree. The areas are completely different and what many...

This little piece of heaven is amazing from the minute we arrived. The tree house are beautifully perched in the forest canopy to maximise bird viewing bad mammal visits. Have seen some posts suggesting it is not luxury; no it's not a sun and surf resort but rather a luxurious hideaway for a thoroughly relaxing break. We found all the...

Though well-appointed with lots of little touches, the lodgings are more about the location and the ever-present fauna than absolute luxury. But that is the way that it should be given where this is. So, if you are prepared for a little mud now and then as well as dealing with the remnants of various visits, then this is the...

We were just here for two nights and were sad to leave. If we ever come back to Australia, we will def stay here again. We saw so much wildlife it was amazing. They have 6 tree houses, we were in pademelon one. So quiet and secluded you felt like you were the only ones there. Treehouse is two stories...

I visited with my parents and brother. Our stay at the Canopy was part of a longer trip through Australia, having previously stayed in Sydney, Uluru and Alice Springs. The treehouse and the rainforest blew our minds with their beauty and comfort. The hosts are very caring and have created a little paradise in their backyard. Their enthusiasm for the...

Set in 100 acres of rare upland complex mesophyll vine forest we found The Canopy Rainforest Treehouses and Wildlife Sanctuary to be the perfect rainforest escape. Our luxury treehouse was well appointed and included a spa bath, woodfire heater and quality utensils and appliances. The treehouse contained everything you needed (apart from food and alcohol) for a truly enjoyable self...

the Bower house is absolutely stunning, incredibly well designed and immaculate. Everything is perfect, right down to the tiniest detail - the cutlery was all lined up nicely and not even a single crumb in the toaster. The handmade soaps are divine, there are robes and slippers, a bunch of roses and some candles awaited us. A fully equipped kitchen...
