    This is a residential apartment block amongst retail shops therefore locating the front entrance was a small challenge after being dropped off around the back as there is nowhere for taxis to stop. The sign for the entrance is small so if you arrive early...More

    Large two bedroom apartment

    My family enjoyed large open space and comfortable living at M1 Resort. Large window side facing the river gives good sunlight in rooms. Rooms are decorated beautifully. Quiet and not disturbing place we enjoyed. Walking distance to restaurants, Woolworths Supermarket and shallow water play area.

    Perfect Location

    The M1 Resort has a huge open plan layout with double glazing and large balcony with views looking over to Mt Coolum and the Glass Mountains beyond, plus the River. We were on level 8.There is free strong wifi and free underground parking with secruity....More

    The car parking is undercover. We had quite a big laundry in our apartment with everything you would need.
