Bite your tongue. The man there is rude, insulting and unprofessional. Insinuated a friend staying with us was "wasting his time" when booking. The lady is nice though. Lectured about checkout times and that there was no linen. Also about cleaning the cabin and doing dishes. Cleaning up after yourself is understandable but there was no need for the high...

The room was very outdated and because of the furnishings being dark, made the room dark. NO Tea/coffee facilities. The towels and bedding smelt musty as if the room hadn't been used for some time. It could be a really nice motel with some changes made. New furnishings, include tea/coffee facilities. It did have a microwave though. I will be...

My wife and I stayed one night. The staff were very helpful. We found the rooms to be very clean. The surprise was the fact that there are cooking utensils, microwave, toaster etc. We have stayed at motels where you are lucky to get an electric kettle and a great deal more expensive. Try the motels on Great Eastern Highway,Perth. You...

This was our second stay at this motel and more than likely our last, we only stayed here again as there was a large event in town and accommodation was scarce. I was lectured when making the booking about leaving the rooms clean - (which we do) and then given another lecture on check-in as apparently the rooms are cleaned...

We stayed here for two nights in mid July 2013. This Motel is not typical of the hospitality we had learned to expect whilst visiting Australia. We were hoping to have a few beers in the Motel instead we found a note on the door directing us to the cabin we had been allocated and the Motel was closed. We...

My father & I stayed here in 2 separate rooms for 3 nights. I agree with other reviews in that the motel overall is quite dated, but don't let that put you off. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. No complaints from either of us. A good budget motel right in the heart of Waikerie,...

Kerriemuir is exactly one of those adorable motels you remember staying in during your childhood. Neat as a pin, clean and ever so slightly dated for that retro feel. The only thing missing was that knock on the door for your tray of breakfast with the obligatory burnt toast. We brought our own bacon and eggs and had it on...

My partner & 4yr old son stayed in a cabin for 2 nights over the very hot long weekend. The cabin was clean but the couch & quilt cover was very dated. We brought our own linen for a cheaper room rate. The air conditioning worked well & kept us cool & we left it on during the day when...

We stayed at Kirriemuir Motel for 7 nights in one of their cabins. We found the cabin to be clean but very dated. When we inquired about staying in one of the (front) motel rooms they were very expensive and no discount given for staying a week. We travel to waikerie every year and have since found much nicer and...

“Standard rooms are very tidy. You can upgrade to rooms with a Spa. There are also cabins with cooking facilities, but, you have to make your own bed. Linen is supplied.”
