This is a good looking hotel that has recently been given a shiny update with a crisp modern main floor with a large lobby seating area with fireplace, and a stylish restaurant and bar area. Upstairs our room was also updated in muted colors and it was overall pleasant with a modern stylish look but also slightly overcrowded with furniture including a chunky sleeper sofa. The bathroom also received a bright renovation.
The amenities at the hotel are pretty good with a nice indoor pool in a room with windows on two sides. There is also a decent gym with a fair amount of cardio machines but getting a full workout may not be possible for some. There is also has a large amount of event space.
The location of the hotel is across the street from the large and very nice Easton Town Center outdoor lifestyle mall which has a great selection of shopping and dining options all within walking distance. The airport is a ten minute drive away on local roads and the loop highway is just blocks away making it easy to be on your way in any direction.
Nicely styled and updated with a great location, sounds good to us.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and inviting, and the staff continues to make you feel welcome during your stay. The front desk was accommodating and helpful as we scheduled pool time (number of guests is regulated during specific pool times for distancing). The Herb n' Café cooked excellent omelets and the women taking orders were helpful making recommendations.
Our family was able to stay in a suite with fun activities for our young boys, and the cleaning staff always greeted the boys with smiles.
Accessing Easton Town Center the moment you walk out of the hotel provides endless food and entertainment. I highly recommend the Hilton, and will definitely return with my family.

The Hilton at Easton was a perfect location to bring family members, with small children in tow, so that we could all be together to celebrate a milestone birthday. The staff went above and beyond in making sure our rooms were close, so that we could spend time together. The rooms were very clean, and the staff at the front desk was great. With all the restaurants near by, we were able to spend a lot of time together without getting into cars to travel to other parts of the city. Thank you for a spectacular weekend together!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in a standard room with 2 Queen beds.
Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient location and the lobby, bar, and coffee shop/restaurant has all been updated. The elevators were conveniently located and operated quickly. The staff was kind when we checked in and out and we felt safe staying at this hotel.
Cons: The protocols for cleaning the room and the policies for using the pool are poorly executed. It was very difficult to get clean towels, a simple roll of toilet paper, or anything sent to your room unless you were able to stay in the room for hours to wait for it. Two of the days we stayed and requested clean towels, we never got them and it got so late we called to cancel so they did not wake us up ( it was after 10pm at this point). We ended up emptying our own trash each day.
The pool was only accessible (we were told) by signing up (due to occupancy limits). In theory, this is a great plan. However, there was not one hotel employee during any one of our 3 pool visits, limiting guests that entered, wiping down anything, checking the wristbands required, or monitoring that those out of the pool wore a mask. It was overcrowded, unsafe, and overall concerning.
The carpets in the room was old, dirty, and in need of cleaning or replacement and the shower did not drain properly. We reported this to housekeeping and the front desk, and nothing was done.

I just stayed at the Hilton in Easton this past weekend (two rooms) and was deeply disappointed at their service and offerings. Due to COVID, even though CDC and state guidance have opened Ohio, they told us that there was no housekeeping services, but we could request new towels by calling the front desk. They did not mention that new towels would take at least an hour to be delivered after the request, and one day actually required several follow up calls.
Likewise, there is no room service, despite other hotels in the area offering room drop off of meals. Their market and restaurant is open though, with waitress service, so I don’t understand why they can’t prepare and leave meals by your door, just like the other large chains.
Lastly, the parking situation is horrendous and you have park several blocks away on the other side of their convention center. No problem though, because the convention center door was propped open with a box and you could walk through to the main hotel. Not a great security practice.
Another interesting feature on the walk was the 15-20 people camped out with coolers of beer outside of one of the meeting rooms (Easton E) holding an indoor party of sorts. Not something I’d expect at a supposedly full service Hilton. All in all, I’d stay elsewhere to get better service and avoid the keg party atmosphere.

I'd like to give this Hilton 2.5 stars. I arrived about 15 minutes or so before checkin time. The hotel was sold out and the only rooms they had were either right by the elevator or on the second floor far from the elevator. I chose the second floor as I wanted to avoid noise. It may as well have been a windowless room, as the adjacent building came up to the base of my windows, and all I saw were the mechanical unit coverings. The person who checked me in acted like she didn't want to be there, and gave me erroneous information about breakfast offerings. I kept the room I was given, since the front desk couldn't tell me how long it would be for another room to be cleaned. The room also had a hole in the wall where a smoke detector used to be, and capped wires sticking out. I'm not sure what the reasons were, but I was not made to feel like a valued guest.
The good is that the hotel was spotless. They didn't seem to be enforcing the mask requirements, but most were wearing masks. The gentleman who checked me out was superb. The pool and hot tub area was large and also spotless; plenty of pool towels were available.
The Easton area is very safe and has a good variety of dining options. I will not be staying at this hotel again, however. I've already been in touch with Hilton and hotel management about my bad experience.

Spent one night November 15, 2020.
Heater in the room did not work. Woke up to 63 degree room.
The shower hot water took about ten minutes of run time to warm up.
Cleaning staff on our floor conducted a personal cell call for over two hours while moving between rooms to clean. The whole time her mask was pulled down below her mouth.
I spoke to the front desk staff before leaving and requested a call from a manager, but I never received a call.

I rate this hotel average, compared to all other hotels out there. For a Hilton it's not average, not even close.
The place looks gorgeous, nice on-site parking for $10 plus tax, which means a great place to drop off the car and walk around the Easton shopping area for the day, and then dinner at night. The lobby was nice, lovely decor and color, but pretty worn out. The entire hotel is tired and is in need of some cosmetic work.
I was not greeted by the curt front desk clerk as a Diamond member. In fact, she never even looked at my profile, etc. If she had, she would have not placed me in a room full of feathers as I have an allergy and my profile states it. I also called ahead to as for a feather free room. She also told me I could upgrade for a fee. LOL, so much for Diamond benefits.
The room is a nice size, but needs updating.
Breakfast buffet is $18 and decided to skip touching serving utensils due to Covid and flu season. Purchased a croissant, two coffees and a yogurt for $18 in the cafe area.
If I found a great rate I would return if I needed to, but there are loads of hotels in the area that may be a better value.

Do not waste your money. Hotel used to be nice but it is run down with horrible service. Our room was filthy with hair balls on the bathroom floor and a blood stain on the comforter. Called front desk to have room cleaned and it took 7 hours for it to be done. Response was they were too busy to address it but we were on the list then we were hung up on. Pool was dirty. Hot tub was green and there was food left around the pool that remained there during the length of our stay. Housekeeping only comes once every 4 days and if you run out of toilet paper you have to stop by the front desk to get more. Not my idea of a 4 star hotel.

A very busy hotel and only 9 rooms left when I came last night. I ended up with a king room with small windows which is fine for me, but some may feel a bit claustrophobic. However, it was a green efficient room. Breakfast was included in my stay and the omelette bar was excellent as was the service and buffet.
The fitness room was a decent size with a fair amount of gym options, but the sterilized wipes were empty. Nice indoor pool. My room was a nice size and clean. Reception was good and the lounge area nice. $24 for overnight valet parking.

Thank you for the question.. The pool closes at midnight. Look forward to having you stay with us.
I never needed a card for elevators
I would call the hotel. Just don’t remember. Enjoy.
Diamond and Gold members automatically receive a full breakfast.
The only benefit to staying on the Executive Level of which I am aware is, when your stay is on a weeknight, you also get access to complimentary evening refreshments. Our stay was over a weekend, so the evening refreshments were not available, so I cannot talk to what fare is actually included. Hope this helps!
