My wife and I stayed here overnight on 7/10 while driving home from Chicago to Virginia. We had an excellent stay thanks to the great service we received and the comfortable room. Candice at the front desk was especially helpful. I'm a Diamond member - while I did not receive an upgrade on this stay, Candice provided me with complimentary parking for the night. Because the executive lounge was closed, Candice provided vouchers to the restaurant, which we exchanged for two delicious Quinoa salads on our way out of the hotel the next day. The room size was good, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the hotel was extremely quiet.
The gentleman who served us breakfast was very friendly and attentive. The front desk and restaurant staff on Saturday were equally attentive and accommodating. Since we were given a late checkout, we took advantage of the hot tub and pool for about an hour. The hotel appeared empty, so we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. I would stay here again when our next road trip takes us through Columbus.
Suggestion to housekeeping staff: a little more attention on the TV remote controls and bathroom light switches. Both were visibly dirty, so we had to clean them ourselves.

Friendly staff, room a little small but the coziness made up for it. Nice bar and huge restaurant inside of hotel. Because of my status with Hilton I had access to the executive lounge which may be the nicest one I have visited and I have traveled extensively for 15 years and never crowded. I just wish they would go old school and offer complimentary alcohol (I believe most hotel lounges these days do not offer unfortunately). If you don't have status I would recommend upgrading to executive. Fitness center is larger than most and have several treadmills to choose from. One negative is the cost for parking ($30/day $32 for valet)...not sure how much control hotel has on this though. All in all I look forward in staying here next time I am in town.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. We picked this hotel because I am a Hilton Honors member and it was connected to the Columbus Convention Center. Our room was spacious and clean, the mattresses were ok but not the best I've ever slept on. I liked how the shower actually had a door instead of the shower curtain that always leaks on the floor. Our room was far away from the elevator and although it was quite the hike it may have been a blessing in disguise because we were not bothered at all by any noise. We stayed 2 nights and ended up eating dinner both nights at the Gallerie Bar & Bistro. The food and service was fantastic.
The only issue we encountered was how to get into the hotel from the parking garage. There is some construction going on and it's not extremely clear how to enter the hotel. especially if you have never been there before. Charlie at the front desk was extremely helpful when I had a question about the parking and he helped me get my parking pass situated and I had no problems when it was time to leave. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would stay there again.

Right at the beginning, starting with a complimentary upgrade, this hotel has been wonderful. The staff is kind, thoughtful, and extremely attentive - we had especially great service fro Alyssa, Shannon (who weighed in on the best local neighborhoods), and Ryan (who was always in the right place at the right time)! The room itself was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We especially appreciated the walk in shower! Speaking to COVID - not only was this hotel practicing safety, distancing, and cleanliness measures, they didn’t let the service be impacted. Since breakfast wasn’t being served as normal, we received a credit to the grab and go shop, where Devonna was understanding, thoughtful, and made us delicious lattes. Although the breakfast options at the grab and go shop were somewhat limited, we found ourselves satisfied. All in all, would definitely stay here in the future!

My sister and I reserved a double queen room (350 square feet) for a weekend dance competition for our daughters held at the convention center. The room accommodations were absolutely perfect. I loved that there was a restaurant that we frequented a few times. The food and drinks were wonderful. We did not realize that there was actually a bridge to the convention center that made our stay even easier as we had to go back-and-forth throughout each day. We also loved that we could walk to other restaurants. We also felt that the pool/whirlpool accommodations were incredibly clean and I am a freak about germs so that was impressive. I probably haven’t been in a hot tub in 10 years but my daughter wanted to go into it for 15 minutes between dances and wanted me to go with her and honestly it was incredibly clean. The staff was wonderful in terms of accommodating us with extra towels and coffee! We will definitely stay here again ...super impressed!!!

We had heard that Hilton really gets you with the extra amenities but actually this wasn't really the case. I recommend you don't include breakfast with the room, and for longer stays they are very nice about giving you free cleaning service. We had issues with loud partiers next to our room, they sent security and even comped us the night. Overall the room was very clean and had a large TV and comfortable bed. Would highly recommend

This Hilton is by far one of the best ones I've ever stayed at. It's not just in terms of looks and character, which it has plenty of, but in customer service as well.
Let's start with the decor. The lobby is beautiful. There are many scenic places to take pictures, get work done and just hang out if you need to wait for someone. There are winding stairs as well that looks so grand and perfect for photo shoots. The second floor houses the restaurant and it is a sight to behold. It has an open floor concept and if you are on the higher floors in the hotel, you get great views of the entire restaurant, which has no roof and would be great for some aerial shots.
The bedrooms are well-designed, with outlets across the entire space of the room. Some are even hidden in the work table, and the wall by the beds. The beds are comfy, but for the price I wish they were a bit roomier.
The customer service is the best reason to stay here. The staff are super friendly! They have masks on hand for you, they will text you to see how your stay is going and help you make any adjustments possible without having to call the front desk. They will even make deliveries to the room if you request it by text. Ryan and his team were wonderful. They moved our room so we can have connecting rooms, even when our first room was not connected. The suite for the bride was also placed on a really high floor as requested, AND they allowed the decor staff to come in with whatever they needed to. Loved it!

Visited property during Covid and thoroughly enjoyed stay. Had a room with separate bedroom (took advantage of upgrade option) and the rooms were fantastic with one full bath and a second bathroom adjacent to room with sleeper sofa. Room had sink, microwave and two t.v. s. The view was on inner atrium. The fitness center is very well maintained with an adjacent pool and hot tub. The property also has a great lobby, bar and restaurant. The location is perfect - adjacent to Short North dining and shopping area as well as Arena District and downtown Columbus. Parking is plentiful in covered garage. This is a perfect hotel for Columbus, Ohio.

Stayed the weekend with my wife for the 21 Pilots concert. I just expected more for $300 per night. Room was average. Hotel was average. On the positive side, every member of the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel and our room was very clean. At the end of the day, we paid $300 per night to be within walking distance of the concert.

Good Afternoon!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We have EV charging stations in Vine St. garage and our valet team will assist you in sourcing these. Unfortunately there is not a way to reserve a charging station. If unavailable, you are able to utilize the ones located at the Goodale garage. The address for Goodale Garage is 70 E Goodale Street. The Goodale charging stations are $2 per hour, and are fast charging. There are also charging stations in the Ohio Center Garage, located at 300 S 3rd Street. The charging stations there are included with the price of parking in the garage. I hope that helps!
Hi Ginny, our indoor pool and hot tub are open everyday from 6am - 10:00pm. Franklin County has an indoor mask policy in place which requires masks be worn in all indoor public areas.

Our pool is 40' long by 14' wide.
You can do either. When you pull in you can either valet or self park (we self parked). Then we went in and checked in. At check in they will give you a parking pass (looks like a room key) to get in and out of the garage. It is a little confusing at first to get to the hotel from the garage. Just look for and follow the signs.
