The Residence Inn Downtown Columbus is awesome. It is was converted into a hotel from an old bank. They kept many of the cool things about the hotel being a bank, but many updates were completed and the room I booked was top of the line. The breakfast area of the hotel was actually the vault from the original bank,...

My family met here during thanksgiving and enjoyed our holiday here. The room itself was a bit dated. I know they base their story on it being and old building with history. That doesn't mean I should feel I am literally still there. All in all the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a suite and it was very...

Super location that is best everything downtown. Super friendly staff. They are in an old bank building with a silver vault in the basement and safe deposit boxes from long ago. Rooms are spacious although some are odd size because of the shape of the building.

Stayed here Feb 6-8 for cheer competition. Check in was easy nice enough staff. Room was smaller than expected for 4 people. Got stuck in one particular elevator twice. First time for approximately 3 minutes. Staff apologized. Breakfasts were good. The bar they have though however was very very limited kind of disappointing. Beer selection very weak. Overall an ok...

We were driving from KC to PA and our Tahoe had engine problems, so we needed to stop somewhere. We have 2 Shih-zu's and a 1 year old baby. We needed our daughter to have her own room (she wakes up with any kind of noise) and a place we could bring our dogs. We were tired and ready to...

This hotel is built in an old bank. The lobby includes the old teller desks and the vault. It has a bunch of character. As for the rooms, even the studios feel like a nice New York City apartment. This hotel is a nice surprise for a downtown facility.

2 pet peeves when staying at a hotel. Key card doesn't work when I get home from a late day of work, and TV stations are not working. Well, both occurred at this hotel over a 3 night stay. Also, the breakfast was terrible.

Residence Inns are a reliable option for business travel, and this one in a restored old bank building is a good bet. In-room kitchen and complimentary popcorn were great. The manager's cocktail hour is also a nice touch.

It's really unfortunate that this Marriott is in such bad condition. It's an incredible location and an old historic Bank building. Half the lobby for some reason is quarantined off from gas. I don't know why the hotel isn't utilizing that space. There was absolutely no one here in the hotel I was here. I went to visit the bar...
