The pros of this hotel is that the heat works, it’s bug free, free parking, a tv in the room, free breakfast to go during the CVID-19 pandemic and we got to switch rooms free of charge after our problem with the first room. Cons, the first room we got had serious water damage and flooded the bathroom and sleeping area by the bed, the shower temperature kept changing and room 2 on the first floor; there wasn’t much hot water, also bad customer service, the housekeeping would slam multiple doors continuously, WiFi kept cutting in and out. Honestly, me n my boyfriend have agreed that we are not coming back to this hotel because of the various problems throughout our stay

The reviews I read had me ready to call another hotel and demand this Ramada to credit our Wyndham account if the room smelled like smoke, was dirty or bugs. Well it turns out it’s not horrible. Our first night on the road had us in a hotel that was HORRIBLE and this did not compare.

The hotel is aged and could use updating, no doubt. The staff was nice but not super talkative or overly friendly but eh it’s fine. The room was clean - it’s a hotel room- we ate dinner in the room and it was fine. Breakfast was decent. Coffee - it’s hotel coffee. Waffles, cereal and pastries. It’s free so you can’t complain. Fresh fruit would make it complete but no complaints.

Among the reviews of the 1 reviewers of Columbus which are probably paid or fake to boost up the ratings. This is a true review.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk said she would be with us in just a minute. She went into the back room and was having a conversation with her friend as to what they were going to do, where they were going. About 5 minutes later she came back to the front desk to wait on us. Room was clean, however we were not provided sheets, pillow and blankets for the sofa couch. We called down three times to the front desk and asked, and they said they would bring the items to us. The never did. My parents had no lightening in their room. When they called down, the front desk clerk told my parents to crawl under the bed and plug them in. My parents are over 70. This is not acceptable at all. We will never return to this hotel We told the front desk clerk in the morning all of our concerns and were told we would get a call back from the manager and we have yet to receive a call. GO SOME PLACE ELSE.

Do not pick this place what so ever it looks like people either threw up on the floor spread poop on the wall booger throwing on the walls it's stunks to high heaven. This place is a hit it and quit it type of place lot lizard are more clean then this place. Loud music throughout the night not a good location either might be right off the highway but neighborhood is gang area type of place. Not many restaurants near by I was pissed because not only the rooms that I payed for are all nasty and you know what but the pool was closed due to something but they only said for a year. But still that a main reason someone picks a hotel when traveling with kids.

The hallway and room smelled of smoke with beds and bedding smelling like old-stale smoke. The mattresses were stained and there was a hair found under the covers, "blood" stain on one sheet and a burn hole in another. We could open the room to one door with the room key due to dead battery on door and the fire alarm kept beeping - they could not find maintenance to fix the issues. One room was missing the safety lock on the door. The carpet was dirty and stained. I did not see a single person working in housekeeping and The television had lines running through it. There was no phone in one of the rooms to call the front desk, so we had to keep walking to the desk with issues. The breakfast consisted of a waffle maker, hard-boiled eggs and a plain bagel. This was absolutely a horrible stay!

We stayed here due to the proximity to a wedding we were attending. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, The beds were comfortable, but the carpet was stained and dirty, there were water stains and rust on the ceiling, The shower worked well, but for a room with three adults we only had two bath towels and the soap and shampoo were tiny and unimpressive. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. They have one waffle machine, but ran out of waffle batter. They had coffee but it looked liked it had been made very early and had been sitting for a while. Lastly they were understaffed. The front desk clerk had to care to the breakfast bar as well and was too busy to do either job well. I did feel sorry for him.

We stayed here because it is close to family. We were a little concerned when we drove up. The lady working the front desk was great, nice and efficient. However, the guy working the front desk was more interested in his girlfriend than my concern. They did not clean our room. The toilet rocked. People can just come and go, because the outside doors have no locks! They did make pretty good coffee in the breakfast area!

I am so sorry we did not meet all of your expectations. We currently have a lot of renovating and improvements being made in the hotel. One issue we currently are working on are the locks on the exterior doors. I also apologize about the man at front desk. i will counsel him and make sure it doesn't happen again. Hopefully by March we should be a fully secured up and running efficient hotel with a great staff by then. My sincere apology is extended to you and maybe after March you will give us another try! Nice place that is not as bad as recent reviews suggest. I stayed in one of the 2nd floor rooms which are renovated with carpeted rooms and nicer than the 1st floor rooms which have icky wood floors. The room was clean with no funny smells or stains anywhere. WiFi is pretty fast around 80 Mbps so you enjoy your internet and streaming media. Front desk clerk was friendly. Plenty of parking. The only downside is that they only offer rooms with two queen beds and I preferred a king bed. Hotel is located close to the Columbus beltway. There is a large mall and shopping complex nearby on Polaris Parkway, and the famous Apple Easton Town Center is also close.

Rooms are adequate - no end tables by beds for phones, rings, etc. Towels in the bathroom are like a hand towel for shower or bath. Breakfast is minimal and no juice or milk offered. Staff was hard to locate - waited over 20 minutes to get checked in as no one was at or around the desk. Remodeling rooms and halls are loud and not quiet.

The hotel is very run-down, the staff disorganized, and the internet slow. I asked for a room away from high traffic areas and got one almost next to the elevator and stairwell, so everyone passing by my room late night could be heard. I also had to turn up the A/C in my room to use as white noise to block all the noise coming from the lobby. Oh, and let's not forget the people in the next room taking loudly and smoking marijuana. Finally, the breakfast was subpar, with the coffee and tea being cold and the milk and OJ being warm. This was an extremely unpleasant experience.
