    Not recommended. A very cheap hotel. Very less facilities were there. Not well maintained at all. Some window glasses were broken, bathroom was not good. A terrible night spent there. I will never recommend this hotel.

    We stayed here for a night and it proved to be a nightmare. The reception guy Rahul is very rude, uncooperative and a cheat. The rooms are cramped and filthy. The staff is non responsive and rude at All Times. the food is pathetic, over priced and served in very small portions. When countered they reply saying take if you...

    I would like to share my experience at the PineBrook Hotel at Laban,Shillong during our stay there for 2 nights in January 2011.
