There is no lift in this hotel. The restaurant serves only local food. The rooms were not maintained properly. Overall an average experience considering the fact that we stayed there only for 1 night.

They provided me 2 rooms in the first floor. When I looked through the rooms, I noticed that one toilet had no hole to pass the water,...

Went to this in May'2015. Very economical place to live in shillong. Nice staff. Place is not very high class but its fine if you are going as bachelor group. One positive point you get a very nice view of hills and mountains from the terrace.

The staff at Bonnie were very friendly, while I was there they were undergoing some renovations so when they are finished it will be a decent choice to stay, though there are a few rooms without much light. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and Laban is a nice area to stay away from the centre of town but only...

I was there early Dec., and the place was cold. They did give a heater .. but it was cold, because one of the windows in room 101 couldn't be closed, and they just shrugged it off. The rooms are not fitted with proper electricity, so if you geyser and the heater, and the kettle is on the power trips...

To be honest the place does not deserve 5/5 but I just had to reward them since I love thr place. I stayed there for two months. There's no wifi, the rooms can sometimes be small, having cracked walls, non-working showers, dripping pipes and old hard beds. I had some cockroaches as well. Still I just love the place. It...
