The previous reviews and the place itself sounded very nice, and very convenient of our trip.I was in the process of booking Abbey Farm, and I phoned the lady at Abbey Farm, out of courtesy, just to let her know my husband would be bringing his Guide dog. We have never had a problem taking the Guide dog anywhere, but...

We stayed in the double room (which can also accommodate families due to the additional adjacent room - we didn't require that but they are in a suite with spacious bathroom adjacent). We found the farmhouse with little difficulty despite the fact that we had no sat nav. It is a quiet location and peaceful rural setting. Angie was there...

From the initial contact Angie's communication was fast, reassuring and very welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable with every amenity you could wish for. Ample supplies of tea and coffee. Breakfast was hot, delicious and plentiful. Would highly recommend and will be staying again. Thank you.

After visiting 3 other places to stay in Brighton, Hastings and Southwold, we spent 2 nights at Abbey Farm. For comfort, situation, welcome it could not be faulted. The bed was the most comfortable, beautiful room ( zoffany curtains), generous breakfast and, most important, a warm welcome. We live in France or we would come back more often. It is...

Very old and atmospheric farmhouse - I simply loved it. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and tastefully furnished. I really liked the fact that thought had been given to mirrors/sockets etc which you don't always find. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The host was helpful, friendly and discreet. I would definitely return.

My wife and I stayed at Abbey Farm whilst going to the British Touring Cars at Snetterton - for the second year running. We chose to stay in the room with private bathroom again, as the bathroom is massive with a great roll top bath, and it is as good as en-suite as no-one else has access to the corridor...

Stayed for just one night while touring Suffolk on our bike and arrived drenched from a downpour. Angie welcomed us immediately, stored our bike, and delivered hot drinks and cake to our beautiful room. The house is idyllic and Angie a perfect hostess. Everything has been thought of, even down to fresh milk in a vacuum flask... there are so...

My fiancée and I had the pleasure of staying at the Abbey Farm B&B for a two night break for a friends wedding. Ever since first booking the wonderful host, Angie, had been in contact to help us plan our visit – happily recommending Taxi companies and generally doing anything she could to make our stay as nice as possible....

My husband and I have just had two wonderful nights staying at the beautiful Abbey Farm. We stayed in the lovely grey room and I can't describe fully the joy I felt waking early in the morning and watching the garden wake up with the rabbits, ducks and birds. It is truly beautiful. Angie is an excellent host and we...

“We stayed in the grey room which was lovely, if you are in two minds then both rooms would be fine. We chose the grey room for the on suite but to be honest the other room with private bathroom would have been just as lovely!”
