Stayed there on a short break to visit friends. A warm friendly welcome which continued throughout the stay. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and peaceful. Definitely visit again. Many thanks to Mr and Mrs Reynolds !

Stayed one night on a business trip. The lovely owners were so friendly and welcoming it made me feel at ease as a single female. The room and the whole house are immaculate, beyond expectations, there was not a spot of dust to be found anywhere. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it, temperature...

We stayed for two nights for a wedding. For a bed and breakfast it's very good. Clean and tidy, not very modern but everything works well. Breakfast is very good and the owners are very kind and friendly.

The rooms are all clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are excellent. The pleasant rural surroundings make...

Booked 4 rooms for a couple of nights as we were attending a family wedding at Barnham Broom about 10 miles away. Do not usually do B&B so perhaps we were a bit surprised by casual arrival procedure. However, rooms were clean and nicely furnished and the beds quite comfortable. Our TV reception was poor, but when we mentioned it...

Having traveled some 150 miles in heavy traffic we were not to keen to go hunting. Surprise surprise. the Avalon was everything we could wish for . A warm welcome by our hosts...
