I have to congratulate Tony the owner. I was greeted on my arrival and was escorted to my spacious room on the ground floor. A very nice clean room, a very comfortable bed and the bathroom and shower was super. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and courteous. My 5 night stay was memorable and I highly recommend...

This B&B did everything we wanted from a stay in Bexhill, when you are not there much and you just want a bed for the night B&B''s are fab and this one did a good job. Our room was large and we had a good nights sleep there, although the bed was a little creaky. Breakfast in the morning was...

No doubt originally a rather grand establishment, like so much of Bexhill it was built in Victorian/Edwardian times and is just not up to standard. I had a massive room with a four poster bed, two armchairs, a second single bed and rather bizarrely two TVs. But apart from a coffee table, no table to sit at! As I was...

Clean comfortable, owners & staff very friendly. Choice of breakfast cooked fresh for you. Would definitely stay again when visiting Bexhill. Excellent value for money.Just a short walk from shops and the seafront.

Room 2. Pillows were a bit lumpy and we were too hot until we unplugged the electric radiator. Also, the window was locked and we had no key, so could have been trapped by a fire in the kitchen. Otherwise a great stay; perfect location, parking, comfy bed, good breakfast, fine friendly host and good value.

We stayed here whilst visiting Bexhill for a friend's wedding. The proprietors are professional, very welcoming and friendly. The establishment is very well presented and the rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a perfect cure for our post wedding hangovers. One point: perhaps individual cafetières, rather than brewing filter coffee. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Stayed Friday/Saturday night for a family get together in Bexhill. There are several steps up to the front door, which are well marked and have a handrail, ideal for me. I had no expectations as this was booked by a family member, who had asked for a downstairs room, if possible, as I am disabled. We were shown to Room...

I stayed here for 4 nights as I was visiting my mother in the area. The guest house was clean and the room comfortable... I did have trouble with the 2 flights of stairs, however the management kindly let me have a room on the first floor when it became available. The free wifi on the 2nd floor is non...
