We stayed at Church House for 2 nights, the property is situated in a lovely village with great views of the church and surrounding countryside, the room we stayed looked over the rear garden which I would have to say is probably the best I have seen outside of stately homes. The property is beautiful and full of character, the...

We only stayed one night whilst attending a wedding in the village, we couldn't have chosen a better location: the service wa across the road. Lovely room, superbly clean and inviting. Beautiful grounds to the rear of the house. Bathroom was next door but we didnt have to share it. Rosemary paid great attention to detail including having the display...

Perfectly situated for touring Kent and Sussex and an absolute gem of a Bed and Breakfast experience in itself. An elegant and historic house maintained to the highest standards with a choice of charming rooms although only one set of guests are taken at a time. Professional artist Graham has decorated the place through out providing quirky and tasteful accommodation...

We had a fabulous time as the guests of Rosemary and Graham for a weekend escape from London. The decor was wonderful and Rosemary was a very welcoming hostess. She greeted us with tea and cake and the cooked breakfast the following morning was an absolute treat. Its well situated being moments away from batemans. Although the rooms are'nt ensuite...

Church House is beautiful inside and out. The house, antiques and art reflect the many years of enjoyment Rosemary and Graham have clearly had making their home and garden their own - a real labour of love. It was a real treat to stay there and we felt very much at home even though our stay was short. We couldn't...

We had the most welcoming and comfortable stay in this lovely home with the most comfortable beds and the best B&B breakfast we have experienced, scrambled eggs cooked to perfection. We wished we could have stayed longer, thank you. David and Charlotte

Bliss to spend 4 nights here at Church House. First treat is to know that you will be the only guests and offered the choice from among three beautiful, themed rooms. Rosemary and Graham are gracious hosts, and provided us with privacy, with luxurious breakfasts at leisure, and with a local's information on days out. I've stayed at Church House...

Lovely room with outlook over the garden and Oh so comfortable. Most welcoming and helpful hosts and super breakfasts. Our only small criticism is that parking is a bit tricky. Would also recommend the local pub Rose and Crown for superb meals.

When we arrived at the Church house we were greeted by Rosemary who prepared an afternoon tea for us. Scones jam and cream, it was excellent. That essentially sums up what our stay was like. The room we had (we were given a choice of the three rooms). We chose the school room. All the rooms are wonderfully decorated. The...
