This Premier Inn suits our needs and is well located for both Brighton and Eastbourne with an excellent Bus service a short walk away. Yet again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and more than likely return!

We often use this hotel after arriving in Newhaven off the Dieppe ferry. It is close to the ferry port, has good car parking and comfortable rooms. It is is a relatively short distance from Brighton. We have never had a problem with our room and staff have always been friendly and helpful. We have not eaten at the restaurant... More

We stayed here for one night as a quick stop over. There was some building work going on while we were there but there was no notable disruption. We were travelling with our baby and there were no issue with getting a cot, high chair etc and we had a peaceful night. The room was clean and there was plenty... More

We came to visit Edinburgh and this was only a 10-15 min drive away from the centre. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was served in Brewers Fayre next door and was nice as always. We paid an extra £5 to watch a movie on our laptop and the download speed was suffieicnt for this. Check in and out was... More

We were going to, and returning from Dieppe by ferry. In the past we have always driven direct to and from the ferry, but Anno Domini has caught up with us, and at 84 and 87 we preferred to arrive at Newhaven the evening before departure, to have a good night's rest going out, and the same on the way... This was one of the best Premier Inns I have stayed at. Everything was good, reception very friendly, cleanliness of room and bathroom were good. Breakfast just okay usual for PI. The people in this part of the world seemed very friendly. Very easy bus journey into Brighton.

I recently stayed during a business trip as was cheaper than staying in Brighton. Staff were friendly and welcoming and checked me in quickly. However the room I stayed in needed a bit of TLC. There was rust on the shower head, soap dispensers were empty, the towels were worn and there was cobwebs on the bathroom roof.

We stayed here to avoid a late night journey after returning by ferry from France. The hotel was distincly nicer accomodation than we experienced in four hotels in the previous 10 days in France. Only the town of Newhaven lets it down.
