Dear Guest This is a very disappointing review I have spoken to the organiser Cat whom informs me that this review has been completed out of spite towards her and is not a reflection of this event or the standard of food or service. But this has been done with malicious intent. I will be contacting tripavidsor to get this...

Booked Bed and Breakfast just for one night and were given a warm and efficient welcome by the receptionist . Room 312 was spacious, light and looked recently refurbished in very muted colours. The ensuite was also good ,apart from the grouting in the shower area and the bathroom mirror, not important, just me being fussy. The furnishings and drink...

Dear Guest thank you for your honest review we appreciate all the positives and note the negative comment about the receptionist - We do currently have two new members of the reception team and I will address this remark with them to encourage their interaction with the guests. I'm sure that she did not mean to come across as indifferent,...

Just celebrated my daughters wedding at The Westcliff Hotel in February. From the first meeting with Sophie, the wedding planner, we were welcomed into the hotel and made to feel relaxed about the forthcoming event. She went through everything we needed to know and we visited her on a number of occasions. Always welcoming and reassuring about the big day....

Stayed here whilst attending a gig at the Pavillion. Friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean and a good size. Good breakfast. Bar needs updating. Can be a bit of a trek up the stairs if you don't fancy the small lift....but all in all enjoyed our stay.

We recently attended a dinner and dance here. The food was very good, and the staff efficient. The only problem was at the bar. The bar is very small and was overwhelmed by the number of people. The drinks were also extremely expensive. Parking can also be a major problem at busy times, and it always seems to be busy.

Dear Guest thank you for your positive review about our staff and food in regard to a recent Dinner Dance that you attended. Please note that bar prices mentioned are in line with the market and are not unreasonably priced, and whilst the bar in the function suite may get busy there is always the alternative residents bar during the...

I lovely traditional seaside hotel, overlooking the sea. The staff were pleasant. I booked a sea view standard room and we were lucky to be given a sea view suite with jacuzzi bath. Only one complaint the lift was extremely tiny and a bit quirky to work.

We stayed here last Saturday for a family party and for the cost think this is an excellent hotel. We had lunch in the restaurant and even though they had a wedding that afternoon the service and food was great. Our room on the 4th floor was large with a view over the water. All the staff were pleasant and...
