We had a lovely time staying at The Milton Barns. Both food and service were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the comfortable room which were basic but very clean. Overall would certainly recommend and would stay again.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at The Milton Barns. It had a lovely cosy atmosphere and looked nice and festive with the tasteful Christmas decor. We had a groupon deal for bed & breakfast and a cream tea (which we had the following day after a long walk in the New Forest). We also stayed for dinner...

We went for breakfast using our Groupon voucher and it was first class. Excellent quality bacon and sausages, lovely scrambled egg nicely presented on a warm plate. Good quality granary toast and butter as well. The waitress was charming and very helpful. We think it's the best breakfast locally and will be back.

This was brought as a Groupon deal and we had a lovely relaxing stay. Staff could not have been more accommodating and we were made to feel right at home and shared some laughs. A real family feel. Food was delicious ...both breakfast and evening meal. Didn't have our cream tea when we arrived and they packed it up for...

We had a one night Groupon break on the way back from visiting relatives. Although booking confirmation received the staff were not expecting us. We were shown to a very tired, not particularly clean room which was not worth the money, but we were tired from travelling so stayed anyway. The room and outside corridors were freezing cold and the...

We wete a bit surprised by the location of this old barn conversion. It was in the middle of an industrial estate and next to a demolished building with a fair bit of rubble still there. Once inside it was exactly as we had hoped. Full of character and charm. The owner was also charming. Our room was lovely, large clean...

we have just returned from what we have to say was the most amazing time at this lovely hotel. We could not fault anything from start to finish and would recommend anyone to visit. The scones in the cream tea were absolutely delicious . We chose to have our evening meal in the restaurant and that also was excellent. A...

We went as this was featured in Hampshire Life, thought is was going to be high end, but sadly it was not. Great for a pub lunch style meal but no more. The rose wine was billed as an English wine, but was made from imported grape concentrate. It was OK but pub grub without the pub.

Stayed for two nights in a single room. The reviews I had read were slightly misleading. The room needed a tremendous amount of updating to justify a price of £95 a room(not including breakfast). If anything, whilst the room was clean,it was tatty. My room was not made up over the two days which I found surprising.I ate there both nights from a very small...
