Stayed here on a business trip for 2 nights. The room I had looked like it had been refurbished recently and was quite nice in comparison to the last time I stayed. The only issue I had with the room was the noise from outside as the window was only single glazed. The restaurant is great for dinner but actually...

Compared to what their website suggests, this hotel is only adequate. We stayed here for two nights to attend a local wedding. Outside lighting is minimal, and it was difficult to find the entrance from the road...why not have a lit sign showing the hotel...if someone is following you, it is a sudden dangerous right turn. The main parking lot...

Dear Rosedale Thank you for your review. We do indeed get very busy and are a very popular venue... I can not therefore apologise for being busy. I am concerned that you found are entrance lighting poor as our signposts have recently both had lights installed upon them ... I will double check the timer to make sure all is...

We stayed here for a wedding in the local area. The hotel is very dated and the room was like something from faulty towers. The room was at a rate of £75 and I have stayed in better travel lodges at lower rates than this hotel. It has a marco Pierre restaurant which screams it will be a good hotel...

Dear Arnie Thank you for your review ... I note your comment about some of the rooms. I am delighted to note here that the bedroom refurbishment has already started and I am conscious that some of your party had some of our fantastic new rooms that they raved about ! Do come again and see how we are getting...

We held our wedding here on 4th October and it was completely fantastic. The hotel is being updated, but the bridal suite has been completed and it is amazing, I didn't want to leave the bed! A couple of guests mentioned their rooms were still quite old fashioned and required updating but even they were more than happy with the...

We have just enjoyed a long week-end here and it was fantastic. We stayed in the Bridal Suite which has just been re-furbished. The decor in the Suite was fresh, modern and homely - all at the same time. The en-suite was beautifully done and the bath was a lovely luxury with water jets. Only stayed for one night. Pleased with the ample car parking facilities the hotel had. The hotel entrance is a bit tatty and could be improved for first impressions. Reception and hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Room was nice, clean and comfortable but was most impressed with the bathroom, I think they have bee recently updated. Beautifully done...

having just returned from a stay at the casa hotel I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, the food and the staff. We unfortunately could only stay one night here, I just wish it could have been longer. We booked in and were shown to a beautiful room, but within a few minutes a really loud noise could be heard, it was the air conditioning unit due to a function being held downstairs. We mentioned it to reception and within no more...

We stayed for one night , including dinner b&b. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent.
