Stayed at this pub B&B on 1st July '16. Greeted cheerfully by the land lady who showed us to our room(1). It was small and a bit frayed round the edges but it was clean and the bed very comfortable. Any shortcomings were over ridden by the food in the bar that evening..brilliant! It was a very cheerful public house... More

Having visited the Chase Inn a couple of years ago we had no qualms about booking it again. At the time of booking we were told the Chase had changed hands so it would be interesting too see what else had changed. Not much as it transpired - always a good thing on a second visit! Our hosts were very... More

Really lovely stay here and they are very dog friendly too. Good breakfast and service. We had 2 rooms (single and twin) and both were good and very reasonable, plus they do not charge extra for the dog like many places. Good family run place, super friendly and very helpful. We will be staying again for sure when next visiting... More

Arrived as a solo visitor, impressed with the bright fresh appearance of the place was felt welcome from the start and was shown my room, very clean and bright too, I had my tea here too and a few beers to help relax, I will definitely be stopping here again in the future, it was great value for money.

Stayed here for a few days over the bank holiday, great stay for the price very friendly and welcoming, only issue the walls are a little thin in the rooms so you can hear everything! apart from that would certainly stay again.

I have stayed 3 times at pub now and have received superb service all 3 times. Value for money you can't complain £45 for a twin room and 2 breakfasts is unbeatable value. Location is good as well. Food is superb here. One very small quibble is food menu is slightly limited on a Sunday, however not unusual for a... More

My friend and I chose this accommodation for a two night stay at the end of April as we were fishing at Docklow's. Fantastic value for money, rooms very clean, and comfortable, good TV, tea and coffee making facilities and nice comfy bed. The service was fantastic, the landlady and landlord did the most to make us feel as comfortable... More

I am always quite nervous of booking cheaper pub type stays but based on the reviews I decided to give this a go. I was not disappointed. The room we had was recently spruced up and had a modern feel. It was basic and the bathroom and shower very small but the whole place was spotlessly clean. The pub had... More
