Stayed here on a Saturday night and was welcomed by a very professional gentleman and reception check in was easy although it was a bit of a way to our room. My partner had booked us a suite and when we arrived at our room we was pretty sure it was a 'Executive double'. The room was big and clean...

Booked this hotel for a NYE stay and I have to say I was an unpleasant experience. We are a young couple and were made to feel so awkward! The staff were not friendly and we were not made to welcome. I will never stay here again. Worst place I've ever been, we spent money to book here only to...

First visit down here with the company. This hotel seems pretty posh from the exterior and the interior isn't much different. Plenty of friendly helpful staff to assist in any needs you may have. Rooms are pretty standard but clean, bathroom is ok but basic. Iron board and iron present in the room which was good. Breakfast is buffet style...

Newly renovated, this hotel is a long way from the local amenities etc. Rooms are comfortable but have no air conditioning and shower only - no luxurious bathing!! The restaurant has a limited menu but the quality is very good. Also has a limited bar menu (same as Room Service menu) and again the quality is good. Pleasant and friendly...

The Aubrey is convenient to our office location, and would be fine for a short stay but not for an extended one. There is nothing within walking distance. The hotel is a bit dated, and lacks a fitness center. The staff is nice, the food is decent and the bar offers a nice place to gather for a pint.

Clean and tidy hotel but the layout of the accommodation is not too good Prices for bed and breakfast is good but bar and food pricing is a bit steep And note to the management please put "mind your head" sign rather than "duck" sign on the entrance to the breakfast buffet area

Stayed here for one night as part of a parking & hotel deal for Luton airport. We decided to eat in the Brasserie, and the food was gorgeous, so no complaints there! The place as a whole looks great, but the rooms have no air conditioning and the shower might as well be a dripping tap. Went to the bar,...

Stayed here while the building work was going on. Very noisy and disruptive. As I was leaving one of the workmen reported they had driven in to a guests car. The rooms are dated with awful lighting. The centre light and bedside lights are either all on or all off. Either too bright or pitch black. Plus the centre light is...

Me and my husband came to stay for a break before heading home. We book it quite late and mainly pick it for the location as its not far from home. Well as soon as we arrived it was a pleasant surprise every looks nice and clean the entrance was lovely and the leafy surroundings were nice. The bit that...

Booked a room one month in advance only to find my credit card had been debited by an excess amount. On arrival the excess amount was refunded. The hotel knew about the mistake but chose to wait until I arrived - which I found really odd. I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, going back some...

“Can be a bit of a trek to the rooms furthest away from reception. Avoid rooms near any marquee erected for wedding events - will be noisy.”
