The food and drink is great. Staff always willing to have a conversation with you. Great food great prices. Great value for money on all meals the sizes are unbelievable. Steaks are also cooked too perfection. Also Sunday roast is a must try 3-4 selections of meat every week, plenty of vegetables to get stuck into. top job everyone. #topclasspub

Looked at this for a possible stay over. Clean and tidy interior, reasonable prices. Had a good menu for a little bar area close to the door, but no food on a weekday afternoon, odd for a hotel. Asked about getting a sandwich, bar staff too busy chatting to locals. Might fare better as a hotel guest.

I called into the Black Swan Hotel in the evening. I asked about a room. I was offered a family room because it was the last one but I was only given the single price. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff in the bar were very helpful and the customers congenial. Breakfast included was a very typical english...

I could imagine this B&B to be full in the Summer. Staff are very friendly and helpful Soon as I walked into the Bar area the atmosphere was so relaxed and comfortable. The room was a little cold but that's how I like them. Even leaving at 6.30am I was presented with a very good pack lunch/breakfast because I left...

I booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised by the efficient bar staff and very reasonable price - no food was available in the evening but was directed to a nearby pub grub. Room is basic and could do with some TLC but very good value for money only £35 b&b

I was in Leominster for a funeral, and rather wished I'd stayed somewhere a bit more cheerful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was fine, but the room was cheerless. Not sure what I could expect for £35 a night, but there was no bedside table or lamp, only a rather harsh central light, there was no...

We stayed in the Black Swan last night, 28/09/2013. We received a friendly welcome from the hotel manager. After unpacking in our room we spent some time in the bar trying some of the different guest beers, very nice and at a decent prices. Our room- en suite, was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, we were at the back...

I had the pleasure of staying a night at The Black swan recently to attend a school reunion. It is right in the town centre so very convenient. There is car parking at the rear of the pub which is handy. The owners are very friendly and the pub has a nice range of real ales and ciders . My...

Stayed overnight here, does not look much from the outside so was not expecting very much inside. The twin room we had was quite small but very clean and comfortable. We did not use the bar or sample the evening meal but breakfast was nice and tasty. Right in the middle of the town so shops right on the doorstep.
