Great staff and location. It's less than a five minutes walk from the land end of the pier. Nice big quiet room at the back. Lovely breakfast. Great sea views from the front and traffic not too bad. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower pressure was poor.

Really close to the beach and restaurants, with a nice view of the Pier and sea. Is close to the pier, as we traveled without car, so is very well located. The owners are friendly. I regret to not stay more time.

Brilliant location, comfortable room. James was a very helpful host with tips where to visit. Would thoroughly recommend for location and hospitality. Very handy for the railway station this was great as we didn't travel with a car.

Seahaven is authentic in two respects, one good and one less so. Let's get the 'less good' out of the way first. British seaside resorts have taken a beating over the past twenty years or so in the face of cheap holidays overseas. So the owners have had to struggle to survive and so it has not been possible to...

Visited Isle of Wight and stayed at Seahaven House. Fantastic location with loads of shops and restaurants near by. The manager James was very friendly and bubbly. Not to mention very helpful. It was my first time staying in a B&B, We booked 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though weather wasn't great....

In many ways I would like to give this guest house a 5 star review. The location is just yards from the beach with a brilliant view from the sea view rooms at the front. The railway station is also very close by. The owner, James, is very friendly helpful and enthusiastic. Although I did not partake of breakfast as...

Stayed here for 4 days and haven't any complaints at all. Made to feel very welcome, slept well and breakfast was great. Ideal location for public transport and to see the island. Will book again on our return.

This hotel has got to worst hotel I've ever laid my eyes on if I had the choice to give it a zero rating I would. The Hotel is completely run down to the ground and the manger to go with it. Please do not be fooled into booking this hotel from the pictures you may see online because it's...

I booked a twin room for my wife and myself and a single for my father-in law. Both rooms were barely adequate, having very old furniture and furnishings, faded, dirty-looking carpet tiles and a musty smell. Beds were old and lumpy, sheets worn and the pillows were thin. The ensuite bathroom was so tiny the towel rail had to be swung...

Stayed at the Seahaven in Ryde for six days. It's very handy for a basic with no frills stay, although the ferry and buses were in walking distance. We were very lucky on arrival to be put in to seaview room. However the room was a lot to be desired. Not very clean and very tired furniture. The TV was...
