We stayed in the Old Post Office Guest House for a couple of nights which were very good. We had the room at the top which gave us a bit more space. We were welcomed in and taken to the room (as it was at the top, there are two flights of stairs) which had everything we needed and a...

Very clean and well decorated. The owners were very friendly with a good knowledge of the local area. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The rooms are roomy, especially the family room on the top floor and all furniture was like new.

We spent 3 nights at the guest house and enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners are incredibly helpful and had many suggestions on places to visit and where to eat. The guest house is well located but situated at a quiet end of the high street. We stayed in the loft room which had plenty of space for 2 adults,...

I have enjoyed staying at the guest house several times before, but this year it was under new management. The new owners were very welcoming and provided all the same exceptional services as the previous owner. Margaret. One was made to feel so very much at home. The spotlessly clean room and bathroom, huge king size, comfortable bed were all...

Cannot recommend this B&B highly enough as a place to stay in Hythe. Margaret is the exceptionally friendly and helpful owner. We stayed in the room on the top floor which is probably the largest B&B guest room that I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean and well appointed with TV and plenty of storage space. Really good value. The B&B...

Great owner and so informative. Gave me off the street parking and looked after me very well. Good suggestions of pubs and restaurants and informed me of local events. Great nights sleep also. Very nice place to stay.

This is a lovely place to stay. The welcome was great and the accommodation excellent. No food at the Guest House but take-aways can be enjoyed there. We had breakfast in a delightful French café just yards from the Post Office. I would also recommend the Hythe Brasserie for evening meals.

We very much enjoyed our stay in The Old Post Office. The owner, Margaret, is friendly and welcoming, our room was comfortable and the (cold) breakfast in our room was generous - and we were encouraged to take away what we hadn't eaten. (The only minor quibbles were that real coffee (rather than instant) and better tea than PG Tips...
