The room we stayed in was a bit tired in decor and facilities bath, shower toilet and linen, it had a old tv set, the room both relatively clean although the outside view wasnt that nice with discarded rubbish and old beds and toilets in view. The people who run it were very nice and the breakfast was very nice.

I have nothing but !01% honest thanks to the Glenwood Hotel, and all the staff. They helped me after a terrible house fire, and after 6months, I can truly say, they are a honest and caring family run hotel. With the guests well fare as their main intention, and that to make sure we are all safe, warm fed and...

It's ok is about the best I can say. With a bit of TLC it could be great. Like other reviews say the area it's in is not the best but you're only a short walk from the Old Town. We had a room on the front but the road itself is quiet at night so we had no problems...

It was very good value for money. I just wanted a place to stay while visiting a sick relative and the staff couldn't have been more friendly or welcoming. The room was basic, but spotless and the hospital folds on the bed very professionally done. The breakfast was excellent and I would return there.

You get what you pay for really. I had called the staff to leave feedback after a stay and what I received in return was a barrage of sarcasm mixed with patronising remarks. I had commented on the customer service and ironically had the phone put down on me. This came from one of the members of staff who had...

I had to go there for meeting, after some reviews of the hotel I thought crap, but it was fine no weird smell, all clean and tidy and would have no problem spending a night or two there, the owner was great, the area is a bit dodge and would not wonder too far but it's not in the worst...

I visited this hotel for an event with my mum and a friend, it was ok, I mean what do you expect for a two star hotel! The reception and downstairs had a funny smell but our room was fine, couldn't fault it, the beds were actually really comfortable! We only stayed for one night and paid £100 for a...

We had a pleasant couple of nights here. The room was clean & tidy if a little ramshackle. Breakfast service was charming even when stressed by a sudden influx of late risers. Overall it served its purpose as a cheap place to rest our heads.

We came to this place in all honesty not expecting too much as it's only one night. We arrived and it was friendly enough as day receptionist was super friendly. (only positive thing to say) We went for a walk to Margate and then came back to this very loud party. The noise was felt in our room, not great...

You shouldnt expect much at this price. There were some great aspects. The people are lovely, the pm gent on reception was cheery and chatty and the lady serving breakfast is a legend! My linen was clean and my room adequate. On the other hand one powerpoint in my room was hanging off the wall (pic), the lounge has a...
