This business was sold on the 21st April 2017. This is now a residential house. The website has been closed out for several weeks and all reservations had been cancelled. Kind Regards Helen & Simon (owners till 21st April 2017)

The room was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed with the added bonus of an amazing view. It was a shared bathroom which I expected but It was well equipped and kept clean. Good value for money.

Very friendly owner whom was very welcoming. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. It's not a posh big hotel it's quirky and a little old fashioned. But this just adds to its character. My linen was certainly not smelly and room didn't smell I actually believe it couldn't...

Fantastic value for money. Short walk into town. Great Location. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable room, it was very quiet but I visited out of season, I would definitely recommend.

the only time I saw anyone was when checking in, I may have been the sole occupant, inc staff. instant replies to textx though about arrival & checkout. not en-suite, and no breakfast as out of season. Convenient seafront location, and sufficient for a one-night winter stopover

Many thanks for reviewing our property. This time of year can be quiet. The room you booked had a shared bathroom as stated in the room information contenet when making your reservation. However most of our other rooms are en-suite 7/10 en-suite rooms and breakfast not available due to kitchen refurbishment. Hence Room only option was only available when making...

The views of this hotel won't let you down we had a lovely room. It was clean and tidy. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the Blues Grill as it was shut for the end of season. Ideal location close to all amenities.
