We stayed at the b & b for one night whilst visiting the darling buds of May farm, and had a thoroughly amazing weekend. Martin and Lorraine were brilliant hosts, providing us with tea and cake on arrival, and a lovely full English breakfast and croissants the next morning. The property is lovely, and they have two gorgeous golden retrievers...

A lovely and very quiet B&B in a beautiful garden. A very warm welcome from our hostess who is a wonderful cook ! We loved thé somptuous, delicious and very traditionnel English breakfast. Thé idéal place to discover Kent. Perfect starting point for many walks. Not far from Hastings and Rye. We spent three lovely sunny days with friends there.

I stayed with my husband and in-laws at Parsonage Cottage for a wedding that was held nearby. Lorraine and Martin (Jasper and Delia too) were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. They went above and beyond the call of duty, from tea and cake on arrival to Martin collecting us from the wedding at 11pm,...

A very warm welcome awaits from Lorraine and Martin who cannot do enough to make their guests feel at home. We were welcomed with fresh home made cake and tea in the conservatory which overlooks their beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Lorraine was chatty and friendly and even booked us a table at the local pub for our evening meal....

I, with other fellow walkers stayed at the Parsonage last month whilst completing the Greensand Way. We were made very welcolm, and cakes and tea when we arrived from a very long days walking was most acceptable and appealing, any pounds lost walking were quickly put back on! The nearby pub provided excellent food and beer and my comfortable bed...
