Look the hotel itself is OK its a Premier Inn like any other. There is a Brewers Fare next door that serves decent food and drink. The rooms are comfortable and clean and you can get a good nights sleep. So where is the problem I hear you say? Its the internet connection! Talk about first world problems but its...

Shocking hotel - Paid £72 on 17/2/15. Had the unfortunate experience of staying in room 415. On entering the room the toilet floor was soaking wet as was the carpet outside the bathroom door. The smell was terrible, and I soon realised why. As soon as I flushed the toilet, whatever was flushed ended up on the bathroom and carpet...

Usual standard but car park much reduced due to contractors as being extended. All quite in my room on ground floor. Clean with the old type TV. Good night's sleep in the bed. The brewers fayre is just across the car park. It can get busy at peak times of the day.

We stayed in a family room (no.19) on the ground floor. We had requested a cot which we were pleased to see provided in the room on check-in and additional towels and blankets. Also provided were some nappy bags in the bathroom which was a nice thought. Even with a double bed, two singles and a cot our room felt...

Hotel staff seemed to have other things on their minds other than customer relations, room though dated was clean and comfy some black mould on ceiling due to poor ventilation i suspect. bed as you expect at premier inn (perfect) Had noisy neighbors on our last night not blaming the hotel for that, inconsiderate guests. Stopped here for 1 night the staff wen you entered was lovely and helpful and the room was a really good size with nice comfy beds I had an amazing sleep, they is a tv in the room and tea and coffee so can you make a brew whenever you again overall a really good stay would come again

Stayed here with my husband and his parents and i cannot find any faults it was quiet only a smoke alarm had triggered the place to exit but it all went smooth the beds were comfy good value for money and breakfast was very good ..

Stayed here again for a family birthday. Still cannot fault it. Very good value for money. Excelent staff and customer care is second to none. Breakfast was served with a smile. Veiws were lovely and there was peace and quiet

great location and great welcome with a cracking pub at the side. easy to get into town and provides very good value for any stay.
