Lovely spacious modern room.Quiet even though rooms are above the pub.Really good breakfast with locally sourced produce.Could do with area downstairs away from main bar to check in over night guests. Would recommend and stay here again.

Good stay nice friendly staff. We have twin room that was not one of newer rooms. Beds comfortable bathroom was very small but good shower. Very good breakfast and good position. Car park was full but parked just outside on street. Will be booking for food festival next year.

Solid accommodation option for the area, including price. Rooms in good order and clean, with friendly staff. Great location. Bar downstairs for nightcaps or midday drinks. Opt for a room not on the main road i.e. the train station side due to night time noise, but minor issue.

Nice lovely pub that serves an excellent pint. The rooms are spacious and clean and the food was lovely. The breakfast was on the small side but very tasty, a nice base to use to explore the surrounding area.

Walked in and wasn't greeted with a hello, one member of staff didn't even raise a smile, I ordered the club sandwich, the chicken was hard around the edges, I ordered a tuna sandwich for my daughter, it looked like a teaspoon of tuna on the sandwich, which cost 6.25 with fries and salad( rocket and cucumber) hardly a side... I have relatives in the Clitheroe area and so we chose this B & B as our base for three nights. It was a very good choice. To be clear, this is not a hotel/restaurant. It is a pub with rooms. But it is a very good pub. It has very good rooms. It has very good bar meals. And... More

Stayed for two nights as we were attending a wedding. The room was spacious and had everything you needed. The staff were great. Bish and Hayley were brilliant, very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was fab with 'proper' locally produced sausages, bacon...etc... Very clean and not forgetting the great beer. Bish knows how to keep his beer well!!

Visited today for lunch was all very good except for the chips being slightly overdone and hard. All freshly cooked and we had the chicken and mushroom pie, gammon and fish. Only disappointment was they had no cheese and onion pies despite this being on the board outside and was what swayed us from going across the road (our original... More
