I recently visited Ribblesdale Park for an extended weekend break. Despite the awful weather we had a great time. Our lodge was lovely! Spotless & clean, with plenty of fresh towels to cover our stay. The kitchen also had dishwasher tablets to save on washing up which was fab! Lovely hot tub that was private & shielded away from view....

Stayed here last week and to be honest it was a massive let down. The lodge itself was dated, smelly and in need of a serious makeover. The customer service I received from the women on reception was some of the worse I have experienced. A real shame. I won't be returning. Plenty of other places nearby that cost less...

As always we are disappointed when our guests do not enjoy their stay with us here at Park. I responded to your partners review below yesterday, and at no point during your stay with us, did you come and advise us of any issues you were experiencing. It is on very rare occasions charges have to be made for damage,...

When we arrived at 4pm (check in time) on Friday, our lodge wasn't ready. We had a 2 year old and a dog with us and it was pouring with rain. As you can imagine this was probably the worst news possible. We had to wait 30 min in the car until it was ready. When we finally got into...

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us at the weekend. Upon leaving other than advising us about the broken ornament, no other issues were raised as being a concern whilst here. If the decking had been a problem our Maintenance staff are on Park 7-days a week, and we would have quickly ensured, this was checked,...

Stayed here for 3 days with my boyfriend, although the lodge was nicely looking the floor in the bathroom was filthy, not something you expect for the price you pay! you only get 2 towels each throughout your stay and the hot tub stunk of chlorine so differentiating towels was a nightmare, we didn't get any leaflets about things to...

We are always sad to hear when people do not enjoy their stay with us. I apologise on behalf of House Keeping, if the floor in the bathroom was not up to acceptable standards. Our Hot Tubs are checked daily, to ensure all the levels are correct. Due to our rural location, both WiFi and Mobile signal can be intermittent....

Just returned from a midweek break stay in a one bedroom lodge number 50. The lodge was clean and tidy on arrival. The WIFI was fine in our lodge. The park is well planned with lovely countryside walks. It is dog friendly but the gardens are open planned so adventurous pouches will escape. The hot tub was great fun though...

Six of us stayed in the Deerpark Cottage for a long weekend, overall had a great stay. If I could mark a 3.5 I would, for the cost, a few little bits need improving. The cottage was just too warm, it was hard to cool it down even with the thermostat. The shower was very temperamental, we struggled to get...

Another brilliant stay at Ribblesdale Park! Check in was a breeze, we were a bit early but as the lodge was ready we didn't need to hang around. The Bronte lodge was lovely, very comfortable with everything you could need to make it a real home from home. Two ensuite bedrooms with plenty of storage and a good size lounge/kitchen/diner....
