I found the room was big enough. In need of refurbishment and not that clean. The staff were good. The reason I booked here was the pool. I had an appointment at a nearby hospital to do with an operation on my feet. So the pool was a must to ease my feet before going to the hospital. On arrival...

I had a 4 day stay with my 11 year old daughter and her friend. We all loved it. Staff were all amazing and couldn't be more helpful. They allowed us early book in and out. Everything very clean. Beds comfortable and we slept great especially after using the spa morning and night. I would highly recommend this hotel and...

I can only describe the hotel in these ways: noisy +++++++++, shabby, long wait for hot water to run through, walls paper-thin, rooms very basic and dated, stains on bathroom ceiling, dirty windows in dining room, dirty serving trays in dining room, who would ever consider having a function at this hotel! Run like the clappers away from it! Feel...

Cost of the hotel was cheap for a three night stay and location is near to the M6 which makes it very accessible. However, this is a tired and dated hotel in need of some TLC. I stayed for three nights, the cleaner only changed the towels and pulled the quilt over the bed. Nothing else, stocks weren't replenished, items...

The room was well decorated with nice table and quite spacious. Bathroom was nice size. The hotel is busy and larger than it looks from the outside. The floors are creeky and do give a run down feel as a result. Staff are ok and maybe just overworked in this busy hotel. We had breakfast and found it was fine...
