We had a meal for 6 people on Friday 16th December and the disappointment is not the food (although this was overpriced for the quality we received) but the serving staff. They are in need of some training to show a little respect to your customers!! We had to ask for the wine list twice before it arrived, we are...

I've stayed here before. This time I cannot get the television to work - I've spent 15 mins trying. Failed and given up. And for wi fi I've got to ring reception to get a code. I cannot be bothered - expect to have a code in the welcome info book. Hard work I'd say. Hotel is clean and staff...

We had afternoon tea for £9, the service was ok but the lady in charge was quite cold. It wasn't busy so I would of expected more. The food look good but was quite dry. Disappointed with this visit. The smoke alarms were being tested which I find quite bizarre at lunchtime, alarms were going off every 5 minutes

We called for afternoon tea with both granny and baby in tow. The tea was delicious and excellent value for money. The food was tasty and the service very professional and friendly. We felt very welcome. The restaurant has stylish decor and overall it felt like a nice treat. Definitely recommend the afternoon tea!

Room was lovely clean but expensive at £120 a night when next door was £30 cheaper. The cooked breakfast was cold when it arrived and room for improvement. Staff was helpful and cheery would stay again and give benefit of doubt

Wow just visited this wonderful hotel. First time I have been but will definitely go back. Just had a family trip main reason was to take my 80 yr old widowed mother. Requested a ground floor room for mum which was ideal apart from the heating not working reported this to staff and it was sorted. The staff are really...

Situated right by the promenade, but side on so no sea views. Rooms are not massive but extremely well decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Bed was a little hard for us but bed linen and bath towels were all very high quality. Free tea and coffee facilities, free full sky package and WiFi,...
