Stayed here last week for one night. Have to say this hotel was a little dated compared to other premier inns I have stayed in before. My room was adequate and clean but the bathroom could do with a refurb or at least change the toilet seat which was heavily stained on the underside. Room price was a little expensive...

In the 3 years since I last stayed here the bedroom décor has been refreshed although the original style Premier Inn fixtures remain the same. Very pleasant woman on reception. Also the entrance doors to the adjacent Beefeater have been relocated well away from both of the hotel buildings. I found my bedroom comfortable and quiet, but found the duvet...

Stayed here on a Friday night as we were going to a wedding nearby the following day. The hotel was easy to find with plentiful free parking, check in was a breeze and the room was very clean, spacious and we all had a fantastic nights sleep. When travelling as a couple, we usually pay for the breakfasts at Premier...

We stay at Premier Inns all over the country and found this perfectly adequate. This time we stayed for 3 nights and were impressed by the cleanliness unlike previous reviews. Staff were polite and friendly and an added bonus was the Beefeater opposite which served great food.

This was our second visit. The hotel is well located and our room was nice and quiet. The staff were good and the room in terms of layout and amenities was fine, usual premier inn standard. I thought the cleanliness could be better - there were literally about 10 hairs in the bath, like a hairy man had had a...

Bed like a cloud, breakfast oven cooked so lacking that cooked taste and colour. There isn't much parking for such a large hotel. The adjoining beefeater is clean, modern and serving pub fayre at reasonable prices

Reliable Premier Inn delivery. You only get what you pay for...clean, smart accommodation with friendly, helpful staff in hotel...perhaps need to instill a bit more training in linked Beefeater restaurant where food was plentiful but lacked a few finishing touches. Strangely located in residential and shopping district. Feel sorry for neighbouring residents for traffic build up...

We use Premier Inn regularly and in general are very happy. However, on this occasion, it didn't go as we had hoped. After a long journey, we arrived at about 9.30pm very tired. At 2am, we were woken by a girl giggling who was offering a guy a 'cup of tea'. The guy or guys fell or was pushed against...

Well priced room in great location. Dinner across the road very good. Breakfast is over priced but go for the meal deal for good value. Room needs decor update but comfortable. Service level on the evening very good.
