We made a last minute booking for three rooms as we needed to stay over for a family event. Everything went very smoothly with the booking itself. The rooms were described as "small doubles " but were in fact all of a good size with good facilities and ensuites. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening and...

First of all, we went to The Carre Arms Hotel for my Dad's 51st Birthday, hoping for a nice meal as some friends recommended we visit there for a meal. We got seated at our table, where there was no menus in sight, and were greeted by a waiter, who then took a drink order. Without writing the order down....

We stayed at this hotel for four nights while working in the area. The hotel is a lovely Edwardian building whose placement might be off putting initially - there's an Aldi right across the road and the train tracks run right beside - but once inside, it truly is a little haven. So much so, we didn't go anywhere else...

We have visited this hotel for many functions, including wedding receptions (our own included), Christmas Luncheon, several times, birthdays and dinners for two. On every single occasion the staff have been amazingly attentive, the food excellent, the menu imaginative and the service faultless. On this occasion, we were guests of a relative who is visually impaired. The staff were so...

Late check in as on business. Friendly staff, fab breakfast with lots of choice! Good value for money. Rooms a little dated however clean with huge bed! we stayed in the Hilton the night before... as for value, room and breakfast this place was better!

We were recommended to eat here by work colleagues and we were certainly not disappointed. The ladies that served us were friendly and extremely helpful and the food was very tasty. The chef even prepared a starter for my wife that wasn't on the menu! You don't find customer service like that very often nowadays. Prices were appropriate, we both...

I booked this hotel despite a rather rude review from an angry woman. I can say, hand on heart, it was a most pleasant stay. All the staff that I met, from reception through to housekeeping, were extremely polite and very helpful. The room was first class (room 29) and despite being on a main road and next to the...

After ringing up on the same day we needed to stay overnight, the staff could not have been more helpful. A very nice gentleman gave us good clear instructions on how to find the hotel as we were total strangers to Sleaford, and a lovely lady receptionist showed us to our room, which was clean, warm and welcoming. The bed...

Stayed here for 2 nights in Jan 2017 while on bussiness - didnt chose the hotel myself (Although there doesn't seem to be a great deal of choice in Sleaford - charming little place that it is !). The hotel is situated a very short walk from the middle of the town and is very easy to find with loads...

A diverse selection of meals were ordered. All were thoughroughly enjoyed, well presented and served. The mussels and the turkey dinners were singled out at the table as particularly good. Both the Pouilly Fume and the Rioja Reserva were of very good quality at reasonable restaurant prices. We look forward to returning for any occasion.
